Do you know what causes whelps to also spawn at the begining of phase 2? Like what's happening at 5:34. And how do you handle it when it happens? Just have the dps stay longer and quickly kill them before go do regular phase 2 things?
They seem to spawn on a timer in P1, and like spitecallers, have some grace period before being targeteable. This means if you have a slower P1, an extra whelp set (usually the 3rd set) gets triggered and depending when you phase Sinestra, may mean your raid will need to deal with these whelps in P2
To deal with it, it's exactly as you said. Once the first two whelp sets are dealt with, have dps stick around and kill them once more next to the existing pools, then everyone can run off to their assigned roles. When this 3rd set respawns, the add tank picks them up and tanks them with the spitecallers/twilight drakes. They'll die to passive cleave at this point
not a stupid question! a death works just like a dispel, causing wrack to jump to two players with its damage reset. i don't believe there's a range on it
If they do stack - diminishing returns hit pretty hard with that much haste. So unless you're killing sinestra within the 3 minute essence of the red window, it's still best to lust after the buff ends!
@@shindigg672 Maybe on a few classes that could be true? lol but no on say shadow priest for example you don't get haste to a breakpoint you stack it as hard as you can period (as a secondary stat to int ofc)
Never stop what you´re doing bro! insanely good guides
what weakaura are u using mate? nice video thanks!

Very helpful. Hopefully everyone in my guild has watched this, going to prog tonight xD
good luck!
Maybe a stupid question but what happens if the person with wrack dies? Does it automatically jump? Is there a range on it?

great guide.
Do you have to kill all bosses on heroic? Or just chogall?
Just cho'gall
Another boss floating in lava. Creative.
So if Lust doesnt stack with red, why did yall use it in last phase?
Cuz the red buff falls off
In most scenarios the buff timer will end before you burn her hp completely down
Looking through logs, it looks like they in fact do stack on classic cata.
