അച്ഛന്, അമ്മ മരിച്ചു. 3 പേര് മക്കൾ സ്ത്രീ ആണ്. വീട് 50 വർഷഓ മകൾ ഒരാൾ കേറി താമസിക്കുന്നു.വസ്തു പല സ്ഥലത്തു ആണ്. വീട് ഇവർ ക്കു കിട്ടുമോ? എങ്ങനെ ആണ് ഇതു വീഥിക്കുന്നത്. കോടത്തിൽ പോയാൽ എത്ര നാൾ പിടിക്കും. ഒന്ന് reply തരുമോ?

According to the Inheritance Law, the property written by the father to the son is owned by the wife and the son. The son also has objection to the sale of this property by the husband. According to the Inheritance Law, there are any laws to prevent the father from selling the property written by the grandfather in the name of the father to the son.

Good evening Madam, I'm facing the same problem. My father died and my mom and brother said that I don't have any right on my father's ancestral property. Because there's a will which is written on my mom and two brothers. Father died in 2004 and now they are selling the property. Advance taken. Will I get the right of property.

You may challenge the sales through civil court, if you are confident. Or else, contact Village officer and collect copy of will under RTI. Do the needful.🙏

വിവരാവകാശ നിയമം വിവരങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിയമം ആണ്. ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ച് മറുപടി വാങ്ങുന്നതല്ല. വിവരം എന്തിനാണ് എന്ന് ചോദിക്കാനോ ആഫീസിൽ ഹിജരായിക്കൊള്ളണം എന്നോ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാനാകില്ല. അതിന് നിയമത്തിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥയില്ല. അപ്പീലിലും വരാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു കൂടാ..
