Hi mam, My grandmother got some land from her father as ancestral property as she is only daughter. At the death of her(grandmother) father, my father is done all formalities. So, he got that land through mother, she herself given to my father. My father has 3 young sisters. At the age of 15 for my father, my grandfather (father of father) expired. All are small childrens. My father is hardly worked for growth of four members and his mother. He done marriages for his sister's and helping after marriage also and do marriage himself. All this done before 1980's. Now problem is My father has some land through his mother and had passbook, 1 B(ROR), Andangal etc. This land is transformed to my mother with mutation through advise of concerned VRO. My grandfather has two daughters and one son( my father). My father cleared all debits which made on my grand father documents( land documents) and gold loans also. As per our discussion with the land owner they have got this land from their grandfather and there is no registration has been done till 2015. In 2015 based on the land 1B, patta and passbook the owner and his father made a partition registration among themselves. Now my question is Owner's father has 3 sisters and if I am planning to buy this land do I need to take a signature from Owner's father and sisters as well? In view of the rigor of provisions of Explanation to Section 6(5) of the Act of 1956, a plea of oral partition cannot be accepted as the statutory recognised mode of partition effected by a deed of partition duly registered under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 or effected by a decree of a court. Can Legal heirs of the daughter can claim share from grand father self acquired property

I was adopted by Say (X) at the age of below 1 year only on oral basis without Hindu adoption law or without law of adoption.
Main points
1. I went to my original parents and married a woman under presence of my original parents in 2005 . My own parents did my marriage. After I went to my original parents my adopted father sold his self acquired or self owned property in 2011 to his brother in-law's son.
2. My adopted father was dead in 2020 December, I came on his death day after 15 years and I did funeral formalities as per Hindu formalities as a son to my adopted father.
3. My adopted mother is alive now living with his own brother.
Q1. Can I put a case against my adopted mother how sold property without my permission?
Q.2 is there any law to cancel those sold property
Q.3 can I ask through court what they did with Money they sold property.

My grandfather has two daughters and one son( my father). My father cleared all debits which made on my grand father documents( land documents) and gold loans also. And also my father helped some amount during his sister's daughters marriage. And he involved in giving money to both of them(grand father daughters)in their bad times. He spent lot of money in hospitals for my grand father during his last days. And my grand father died in 2019, later in 2021 unfortunately my father died due to corona. My father registered all the property on his name after my grand father death. And I have also transferred that property to my name and my mother's name after my father death. Now my grand father daughters are claiming for my grandfather property which is on my name now. We don't have proofs that we gave lot of money to them(grand father daughters)during my education time only, where my education standards also collapsed because of those issue. Will thier claim or case will make sense in court?

I am planning to buy agricultural land. As per our discussion with the land owner they have got this land from their grandfather and there is no registration has been done till 2015. In 2015 based on the land 1B, patta and passbook the owner and his father made a partition registration among themselves.
Now my question is Owner's father has 3 sisters and if I am planning to buy this land do I need to take a signature from Owner's father and sisters as well?

Since the Owner's father had the land patta, 1B and passbook on this name for more than 10 years (maybe more since there no clear documentation available). It isn't required to get a signature from Owner's father and sisters.

My grandfather expired on 1995.
My grandfather has given some part of property as gift deed and got it registered to one of the daughter on 1997 and she sold that property on 2004.
She claimed for equal share on the remaining part of the property along with son(my father) and other daughter.

How to access unknown family property details which has been hidden from my father by his brothers. Property belongs to my grandfather, property was not divided among his sons. Grandfather is nomore. In view of the rigor of provisions of Explanation to Section 6(5) of
the Act of 1956, a plea of oral partition cannot be accepted as the
statutory recognised mode of partition effected by a deed of partition
duly registered under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 or
effected by a decree of a court. However, in exceptional cases where
plea of oral partition is supported by public documents and partition
is finally evinced in the same manner as if it had been affected by a
decree of a court, it may be accepted. A plea of partition based on oral
evidence alone cannot be accepted and to be rejected outrightly
