Don’t know what to type here I just want to appreciate the value of what you’ve done for the community. I myself as a creator 10,000 miles away in Thailand have learned so many mindsets from you guys . Hope this gives you a cup of coffee for this morning ! Cheers !
Appreciate this information. I suck at music and sound. It's a slog. Going from having most of the visuals in a 90% state to then adding in music and sound - that's where the slog begins. But I'm new. I spend hours listening to sounds and music...and it feeeels...slow and unwieldy and ungood. But sometimes. Sometimes. Sometimes it comes together and I giggle a giggle I wouldn't share with the world because I've made something that feels good and there's a synergetic-click of some kind of "awesome cog" slotting into place. It's just enough to entice me to enter the slog again on the next one, hoping to do it again.
TUTORIAL NEEDED: how to edit music and sound effects together, what terms to use when searching for assets, e.g. “riser,” “sting,” (anybody have a glossary?), and best sources of sound effects files, free and pay
I love sound design - as an amateur/hobbyist. Edit: gosh I had to switch tabs quite often on this one xD great sound and picture but...I hate horror movies, lol
Hi I have a question. Does the Intro's in the start of podcast helps. Like I've been thinking of niching into Podcast Intro's. Do u guys think there is demand for that?

Stems for both the music and sfx are SO crucial to get a good mix!
I'd LOOOOVE it if you'd invite the BBC Sherlock editors!!! :D
Sound design was on point, the horror was good everything before was bad. Had zero evil dead feel.
Thank you for another editing podcast interview :)
man, that was a DEEP INTERVIEW
THANK YOU!

Please bring Vsauce editors and Michael
informative but too many promos.
1 of the people should have been cut as they don't provide any value.

Using sound effects in a non-intended way feels good, especially when it works

I saw this movie in theaters. The sound is superior. The one consistent piece of this movie
