ASMR For a Full 7hr Sleep. Relaxing, Extended and Unique Triggers for a Genuine, Tingly Nights Sleep

- My fourth video in this style and I've gone for a 7hr version. Previously, we're had a 6hr, an 8hr and a 9hr version so I thought I'd create the missing link with this 7hr video.
They say you need 8hrs sleep but I think 8hrs is too long, unless you're an athlete recovering from strenuous workouts every day. For most people, a 7hr slumber is absolutely perfect! So, this video will put you to sleep quickly with those tingly silicone brushes from the first scene and the remain, ad-free ASMR with will keep you sleeping right through the night.
As usual, I've gone for long and extended triggers and again, they're all very unusual and super relaxing sounds. Let's dig out those headphones, have a good stretch and let those sleep chemicals flow into our veins as we drift off to these lovely ASMR triggers. Sweet dreams, Troops 😪😴💤🛌🏼😪

Thank you, I'm glad you like the chapter names. I enjoy making them up as it's the last thing I do so while the video is uploading I write the chapter names. It's always good to unwind after editing the video and naming the chapters helps to do that 🥰❤️
'True Blue' and 'Get into the Groove' - not intentional but quite possibly a subconscious choice as those are two songs that did play on the radio A LOT back in those days ❤️

Well, at the speed the subs are growing it would be 16yrs to get to 500k. I need to figure out a faster way cuz dementia will have set in by then 🥰
@@ASMRtroops Well, SocialBlade likes to disagree. According to it, you will probably reach 500k in about 3 years and 5 months. I think judging by how good the asmr is, it will be even sooner.

The amount of effort in editing, sound quality etc is insane. You’d think you’d have a few hundred thousand subs with this quality, not 10s of thousands. Another artist for the watch list 👌

I've been listening to asmr for 5 years now and all i can say is, im pretty picky with asmr and only one person has given me real tingles. But I will say, you won over my heart and my ears with this video 🩷 very high quality asmr and criminally underrated. I will be coming back to this channel 😊

@ASMRtroops His channel was called "gloved asmr" and he had a really cool mask. He hasn't posted in a really long time, im a little sad about it.
I found his channel, the sounds are pretty good. I don't know why the sub count is so low with 98 videos as well. Maybe the mask wasn't right for most people, I don't know, but the ASMR sounds really nice.

Yeah, I think a lot of us give up. UA-cam isn't easy to succeed and make money, especially ASMR as there are so many ASMR channels. I get why people quit, it's a lot of work for little to no return unless you make it big.

It's a good question. Since I started this channel, I view the world in a different way. Now, every time I come across an object, I pick it up and have a sneaky listen to it. It can look a bit unnerving if I'm out and about, like shopping with my wife or something, and I'm in the medicine aisle listening to a sponge! I try to be discreet, but sometimes someone sees me, and it's funny to watch 'em body swere me (the 6'3" guy with the crazy beard, proper listening to a sponge or a box or something)... I don't care though haha 🥰😂
The shorter answer is, I just listen to random things around the place and gather a wee pile of triggers for when I'm ready to record ❤️ So many things make great noises.

I love, love, love this video because you do one trigger for a long period of time and each trigger is so relaxing and tingly. I put this on to take a nap and ended up going to sleep for almost 4 hours 😁Please continue to do this style of video and also consider doing shorter videos (for like 30 minutes or 60 minutes) with just one trigger throughout. I often look for these type of videos and no one is doing them.

You should try, rhithmic asmr, a drummer does asmr and sacredxo (that last one might be up to prefrence tho, lots of tongue fluttering)

Getting the 'loudness' right is actually the most difficult part of ASMR. I don't use software to 'normalise' the volume as it strips out all of those nuance, tingly frequencies that really hit the you in the spine. A lot of other artists use software for this and you can hear that the audio is flat as a result.

Well, I've only been making ASMR for a few months and I'm just grateful to have over 18k subscribers so far. I guess it'll take a lot of time to grow on UA-cam with so many channels out there competing for views. I'll keep pushing on though 🥰❤️
