I absolutely love mixing my it’s a taupe and the glam palette for my fix of cool toned eyeshadow looks. I do also love my minis from ND which I have in glam, retro and gold, only because I do love a green eyeshadow palette that makes my baby blue/gray eyes.
I don’t know if you watch Jonna Jinton already she is a Swedish forest nymph that is very cinematic in her videos, and she is a multi faceted artist. I really think you will enjoy her videos. I’m happy to announce that we finally can venture out in Melbourne without wearing a mask as of Friday night, which I am sure you will understand the excitement of us as you know how strict it has been here.
I can’t believe that you have been in New Zealand for 6 months already, it has just flown by but in a weird snail pace as well. I’m just hanging out for the day that I will be able to fly home and see my family in Sweden, and do plenty of day trips to Copenhagen as it only across the bridge for me.

Unless you've lived in a place like that before most people don't survive the winter when you go in to the long night a lot of people get beyond depressed and then the summer comes where the sun is up for 4 months and no one sleeps and goes totally batshit. I now live 2800km from the arctic circle and it's bad enough that we only have 8 hours of day light in the winter and the summer we only have 6 hours of darkness in in summer. And you can forget the cold the kinda cold that gets so deep you never think you'll be warm again I tell you feeling your liver shiver is a interesting sensation.

That shadow pallet is by far my favorite pallet from Colourpop too! I am also a huge fan of their Going Coconuts and Raw Beauty Kristy’s pallet with Pur! Neutrals are my love and when I need that pop or color it’s just on the flip side of Kristy’s pallet!

I basically lived in the shades snakes eyes on the lid python in the outer corner and boa/pebble beach through the crease and in the bottom lash line almost every time I ever left the house this past winter ( USA ) 😆 and your jumper in that shade of grey is beautiful on you

I’ve pretty much given up on palettes. Colourpop and I don’t get along....too flaky. I was disappointed by soft glam. I have been much happier with my singles(NARS, and the L.A. girl blush for the crease thanks to your recommendations 😉) I have decluttered almost every palette I have owned....even depotted the ND shades I enjoyed into a z palette. Getting so picky in my old age.😆
Lorac makes my favorite palettes. They do have a lot of fallout, though, so I can see how some would hate them. They blend so easily for me- I love them!

Should you ever want to considere working in the arctic there is the The Norwegian Arctic Philharmonic. They are based out of Tromsø, Norway. Tromsø is not as spectacular as Svalbard, but it is still a stunning place. There is also Trondheim Symphony Orchestra & Opera or The Oulu Symphony Orchestra. Neither Trondheim or Oulo is the arctic per se, but they are what is considered the sub-arctic so for example the sun technically sets in summmer, but it just under the horizon, so it is just a sort of dusk for an hour in the middle of the night instead of it actually getting dark.
I do secretly watch the audition listings in Scandinavia like a hawk haha but sadly they’re all live auditions, so I’ll have to wait until the pandemic is over to even consider them 🤪
The ND Glam palette was my first high end palette. It is really pretty but the shadows crease terribly on my eyes 😭 I love my Going Coconuts palette(and it doesn’t crease!) so I ordered the That’s Taupe palette after I saw you use it. Excited to receive it!
Enjoy!! I don’t have super creasy eyes so haven’t noticed it doing that on me, but I dunno, I just don’t love it as much as my other palettes!

That watch is stunning! I wish I wore watches but for some reason I can't get into watches, bracelets or rings-they just irritate me. I also love the Thats Taupe palette and am wearing it today!

I used to be that way too. Back in the days of no mobile phones to show the time, too. Friends got sick of me asking “What time is it?” LOL. So they actually got me a watch for my birthday. And conducted checks that I had it on. It was like an intervention. But in the end I couldn’t live without one. And I like the ones that illuminate in the dark. Covid is threatening my watch wearing. Every single watch I have is battery dead. All I have left is my Fitbit and a charge used to last a lot longer than it used to. Panic.

I love that sweater! As soon as I saw it in the beginning of the video I thought “that’s a gorgeous sweater!” I have a similar one in an online basket, although definitely not as nice. I’ve been looking at the nordgreen watches, I love the native style, it’s exactly the kind of watch I’ve been wanting. I don’t know if I’m ready to switch out my Apple Watch. It’s hella handy, even though it’s really ugly. I watch Cecilia too! A fellow swede! 😊

Totally agree with you on The Office! I watched it in 2013 as a uni student and loved it. I’ve just started rewatching it on Netflix and the objectification and sexual harassment of the female characters (particularly Pam) is pretty full on from the get go and does not sit well with me. I think also with Australian politics atm it all just feels like too much ..
