my windows is showing Image catalog named folder on desktop and it is not deletable. It is not a shortcut icon but a proper icon like the my computer icon . It doesn't open and also it isn't deletable. can someone pls help me in that. I can't find any method. its getting frustrating day by day and since my windows is working fine but I'm thinking to reflash windows just for this bug

Go to personalization in your windows settings. There is an option to change icons. Check if you can disable it there
