Tommy Boy is a masterpiece.
Of sorts, for sure.
Yea, it’s pretty incredible. To fill a comedy out with so many good laughs without taking away from its story. It’s easily one of the best comedy’s ever made.
It is one of the greatest movies of my life and it was the movie that introduced me to Chris Farley.
Today would have been Chris Farley's 54th birthday. Happy birthday in heaven Chris

It sucks losing a close friend. A part of this man died when Chris did, your can see it in his eyes when he talks about him. Shit I didn't know Chris personally but it had an effect on me

I loved the housekeeping joke in the movie. Fat guy in a little coat was a bit confusing to me when I watched it because it seemed like an inside joke, which now I know it actually is lol so I get it now, and I like it.

I probably seen it over 40 times and I still find it hilarious. And that’s one of those movies with the critics hated it and approved to me. The critics don’t know thing is that is comedy gold

Carpenter’s singing was a master class in comedy.
Imo Farley is one the greatest physical comedians of all time. Damn shame he died so young. I think had he lived long if he tapped into his darker side for dramatic roles, he could have been a successful acting career outside of comedy. Best example I can think of to compare to would be Robin Williams, he might not have had success of Williams but that is the best comparison of a "comedian" successfully transitioning to the drama side of acting I can think of.
