I used to be in a relationship with a narcissist and I eventually came to a point where I couldn't keep my emotions together anymore, so I kinda understand the situation Will has been in. I'm not saying I support his action at the Oscars, but whenever I hear Jada talking I'm reminded of what I went through. She never admits to making mistakes. Jada reminds me of my ex-wife, who was exactly just a like. She was a narcissistic whore who was having extra marital affairs while I was deployed in the military. She was so bold that she really didn't care who saw her in public. When I returned home, I thanked God for two individuals whom I had mentored and got promoted informed me about what was going on. I observed her for three weeks, not saying a word while she made up excuses, saying she was going over her girlfriends house. I quietly hired an attorney and file for divorce. I remember the look on her when she returned home one night, and I told her that I had filed for divorce and to pack her things and get out. Her whole family knew what was going on but didn't say anything. After I told her about the divorce, she stated, "If you divorce me, I am going to do everything I can to ruin your military career." After being separated for three weeks while I awaited my divorce, she called my Commanding Officer up and told him I had beat her so bad that she had to be hospitalized overnight. My CO then brought in the legal officer to recorded her statement. While on speaker phone, the legal officer asked her when the attack occurred? Her response was 8 PM the night before, and my CO intervened and asked her are your sure about the date and time?"" Her response was yes. My CO told her that the incident could not have occurred because I was deployed on a three week weapons training detachment out of state and had been gone for two weeks. At that point, she started laughing and said, "You got me" before hanging up the phone. My CO was pissed that this woman tried to set me up. Once I returned to base a week later, that was when I found out what had occurred. The first thing my CO told me was that you need to get rid of her because she tried to set you up, and I explained that I already had filed for divorce. After the divorce was final, I went on to have a great military career and retired. My ex-wife was so full of hate that she continued to tell lies and throw me under the bus every opportunity she could. What is really intriguing is that I was a great husband who didn't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I was well educated and financially stable. On the other hand, my ex-wife could not even keep a job and was drinking, including doing drugs behind my back. We were complete opposites. So I can fully relate to Will and Jada situation from experience. My advice to Will is that you must move on and find someone that you can love, and they truly appreciate you.

As someone who’s been married for 15yrs, all marriages have their peaks and valleys. If you’re with the right one, you guys work through that stuff together. Every time my wife and I would get through a rough patch, we were stronger and closer after.

I think every man can relate to a moment in his past where he acted cowardly. That memory festers over time. You start to look for any opportunity to prove to yourself that this isn’t true. This presents itself in overreactions and displays of dominance due to the fear of inadequacy.
Yeah, but this is her version of events. We saw the event happen. Will was laughing along at the joke. Jada got noticeably huffy. Only then did he go off. So she can't act like she was all fine with everything and Will just went crazy and it being nothing to do with her.

I am sorry for Will. This is his lesson in this lifetime. To learn how to love so much and let go. It is not about Jada any more. It's about him. I wish he could find strength to let her go and heal. Count me as one who doesn’t have much sympathy for Will. He’s signed up every step of the way for this treatment from Jada.
