- Hi! I had some fun practicing this piece called Solfeggietto which was composed by Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach in 1766. Here is little verison I recorded today. Not perfect but I thought it was good enough to share it with you guys!
Thank you for watching!

Eugene's trick bag is no walk in the park for technique, but this piece is certainly a level higher in difficulty. Loved the tempo change and phrasing at :46 into the tapping and final flourish. Well done!
I've heard a lot of guitar interpretation of this piece. This one is the most beautiful - because of tempo changes, attack and volume control. This makes performance much closer to piano version.
Many gutarists thinik this piece is about shred, but it`s not. It`s about control. So thank you, Sir :)
Wow !! Inutile d'être parfait... C'est suffisant d'être comme tu es, musical et techniquement (quasi) irréprochable !!
Wow !! No need to be perfect ... It's enough to be as you are, musical and technically (almost) flawless !!
I still watch Crossroads at least once a month because of the guitar battle.
Amazing tone and playing on this. Great job.
Thanks!
amazing performance. The tapping parts are so catchy! well done mate!
Sounds like Eugene's trick bag + "Surfing with the alien- Midnight" by Satriani. Nice vid as always
Damn! I love listening to and watching him play !!!
Thanks Paul!
I'm in tears
Je pourrais t'écouter toute la journée 👌🤘
Merci pour le partage .
Thank you for sharing .
Always brilliant, whether playing classic rock, jazz, prog metal, or a beautiful classical piece like this. The versatility is inspiring. The way your fingers dance on the fretboard is amazing to watch. Well done, Gabriel.
Thanks Sameer!!
Man that was some tasty playing!! 🤤
Beaucoup apprécié la petite section en double tapping. Midnight de Joe Satriani a été une des premières pièces que j’ai apprises a l’oreille et ça m’y a fait penser.
Pour le reste, que dire… Juste parfait!
One word: beautiful
Just getting into classical guitar after playing for three years.
I appreciate this a lot. 👌 great video

Excellent !!! I loved that you did not use too much drive. The sound of the guitar breathes better that way.
Tellement versatile et impressionnant, good job!

Ha! Incredible… were you an octopus in a previous life 🐙 🤣 I’d need that many arms to get anywhere near your dexterity 😂 … superb as always 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

That was excellent! There's a band called At Vance that did a metal version of this. It's a brilliant piece of music.
