I have bought the BMW X3 model 2024 here in Bogota, Colombia. The dealership tells me that this SUV cannot enable cell phone charging via NFC. How can we buy these options to enjoy this vehicle to the fullest, since they tell me that they do not come to Colombia with a SIM Card like in the rest of the world!
What I have been expecting for years from the BMW-App is to receive from the App "Push notifications”, when for example one forgets to close the doors o something else, without having to open the App extra to check it. Please BMW why are you still waiting ??? All the Apps somehow send notifications for this or that ... only the BMW App nothing !

Find it very disturbing that apparently it does not fit into the heads of BMW developers that you actually share a car with your wife. Only one mobile can be linked to myBMW..
You have no idea what your talking about. You can set up 5 different member profile for different people to drive your car. They can set up the car anyway the want, seat position, driving mode, climate etc. y You have your wife set up the app on her phone and use the same name and password. This way it syncs up and she can set up and have the car the way she likes it. 😮

I forgot how I did it..try going connected store, bmw assist, but don’t click it, click the OPTION button on the idrive stick..u might see UPDATE or dig around there…or Connected Drive, scroll down to personalize menu..check for bmw messages

My VIN has been filed off by the thieves who stole the car from its owner before they made me a fantastic deal on the car. Would it be ok to go to a dealership and copy a VIN off an unsold car to use in the app?

unfortunately functions such as the horn and the air conditioning stop have been removed. things that existed in the Connected app. you can't open the windows and you don't have the dark option. the old app was better. the ideal would be to include more functions ...
This is very confusing. What’s the difference between the ConnectedDrive app and this? And I believe that the ConnectedDrive app used to be called My BMW a few years back? And besides that I can’t find the new app in the App Store!
I’m pretty damn sure that BMW knows this app doesn’t work properly. I was at the dealership 2 weeks ago & they tried to connect someone’s brand new iX to the app & it wouldn’t work. A few of us told them that the app was useless & doesn’t perform most of the functions that it used to. It still tells me to activate GPS in my car when I know it’s already activated bc I use split screen for my location.

I tried to connect my car but it said not supported Then i enter the vin while choosing havent collected the car and it worked and now trying to click on the connection button after i claimed my car and it says not supported again via vin but via usb/bt it says the connection is successful but nothing changes Also i cant find the com and messages in my car I need someones help
