What I find super annoying about Stretch is that he doesn't tell the viewer that these are old, ancient movements, like natural human movements from the beginning of human history. The fact that these were then done to hip hop music and then given names means almost nothing in the grand scheme of things. In other words naming a movement done to a specific type of music does not mean you are a progenitor or original creator, it means...you named that movement first. Whoop dee doo.
@@dairepurnelll he meant that dance moves aren't unprecedented as our ancestors have already done these waaaaaaay back. so the bounce, as well as other moves, isn't a product of dancing. they are actions that are specifically named, applied in the context of dancing, so it's actually less of a grand achievement or breakthrough than it actually is. hope you understand what he meant
