Hi folks, In this before-and-after video, we show how our factory used lean manufacturing principles to address a longstanding safety issue with our punch machines. For years, we overlooked the lack of backing that presented potential safety hazards. Through continuous improvement and using simple scrap materials, we fixed the problem, aligning with lean manufacturing’s focus on eliminating defects-one of the eight wastes.
