I made a net with a nylon mesh bag and posted it on the fly fishing reddit and they banned me for defending my use of nylon over rubber even though the net hoop was only like 9” long
@@finsntalesfilms exactly, but I tried to explain this net was tiny for mountain trout and on a fish that small it would t matter. They didn’t care lol… BANNED! Anyway amazing vid I love the build!

Oh really! That’s terrible? What’s their reasoning?
I assume protecting the slime coat, but to ban for using nylon is definitely extreme
