  • Last May, we traveled around Sardinia for 14 days. This Italian island is well known for its paradise-like beaches, its crystal clear turquoise waters and its fascinating rocky terrain. However, there was another special reason why we wanted to travel to Sardinia.
    Join us until the end in this second episode, where we will visit the small town of Seulo to learn their secrets to long life, while we continue exploring more about Sardinia’s history, culture and beautiful places.
    Comment down below if you know other "secrets" to long life! We would love to visit other blue zones in the future.

      I laughed at your comment. How I wish I could live for 100 years old as long as I’m like Luigi who can still walk with no problems, can see without eye glasses and hear without hearing aid. And hopefully, I will still be doing travel videos. Thank you so much! You made my day!!!

      Wow, thanks a million for watching our videos and for appreciating our work so much! We´re really happy when people recognise the effort that we are putting on our vlogs. Your words really motivate us to keep working hard to create the best content possible! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰🥰🥰
      Let us know if you need some extra information about Cadiz, we haven´t created more videos there because we spend most of the time with family and friends when we visit his hometown, but Chano has travelled a lot around his province and he knows some of the best places around. You´ll love it there for sure! It´s one of my favourite areas in the world. You´ll find many friendly locals and great food there too, just like in Sardinia. ☺️
      Chano has always been saying that he wants to go to Valle d´Aosta to create travel videos there, he showed me some pictures and videos and we really believe that it´s an area that should have more attention. You´re so lucky to live under the mountains, it must be a dream 🏔😍
      Thanks again for your positive words! We wish you a wonderful trip to Spain!

    Marvelous show. Super good & informative - especially meeting Luigi. The 'perfect' framing of the video by showing Luige walking up the stairs and disappearing was 'SUPERB' editing !

    Wonderful video. We can certainly all learn a lot from this simple happy existence.
    I have read similar articles about the longevity of people in Okinawa and they have an almost identical philosophy.

      Meeting them is one of the most memorable experiences we have. Okinawa is one of the Blue Zones in the world too. Chano and I are planning to visit all 5 Blue Zones so that we can appreciate more their beautiful life. Indeed they have almost the same philosophies in life which I also want to apply in my own life. I don’t aim of living 100 years but I dream of living a life that is really worth living and share it with people that matter in my life. 🥰

    • @ReigneOrShine
      @ReigneOrShine  5 місяців тому +1

      Omg. So many things to say but you choose to pick on the music. I want to use music that I can monetise my video. There are no Sardinian music in the site I that I pay monthly to get music from. If I choose Sardinian music available in the music industry that are owned by musicians, I won’t be able to get paid. Unless you wanna pay for the copyright issues for me? No? So, yes. My video. My rules.

      @@ReigneOrShine ridiculous response from starving people

    • @ReigneOrShine
      @ReigneOrShine  5 місяців тому +1

      @@fabriziopastorino3792 I’m ridiculous and starving. Then? Why is it your problem? What do you want me to reply when it’s the truth. I think it is more ridiculous to comment on other people’s work. Clearly my channel is NOT about using music for the places that I visit. It is about presenting the places. If the people from Seulo were happy about my work, that’s all that matters to me. Not from random people who will criticise other people’s work so that they can feel better about their life. If you know how UA-cam works, you would not be saying things like that criticising about music that I used. Also, in the site that I get my music from, there are no Sardinian music. What do you want me to do then? Not make video because there is no music? I used guitar and piano because they sound happy. Again, this is NOT A MUSIC CHANNEL. It’s a travel video.

      @@fabriziopastorino3792 se non ti piace il nostro lavoro allora non guardarlo, e se pensi che puoi farlo meglio allora ti invito a creare tu dei video per promuovere la tua bellissima isola. Nessuno ci ha pagato nulla per fare questi video, e non c’è musica sarda che possiamo usare senza avere guai con il copyright. Se vuoi guardare filmati di Sardegna con musica sarda allora compra qualche documentario che ci sono un sacco e non venire qui a guardare video gratuitamente. Tutti i sardi che abbiamo conosciuto sono stati contentissimi che abbiamo fatto vedere così la Sardegna nel nostro canale, arrivando a persone che adesso vogliono viaggiare lì, e tanti sardi ci hanno ringraziato per mostrare così la vostra terra. Invece di perdere il tuo tempo insultando persone che non conosci puoi fare tu un lavoro migliore e condividerlo su UA-cam. Noi lavoriamo entrambi duro ogni settimana e poi usiamo i nostri soldi per viaggiare e creare dei video durante le vacanze. Magari non sai come funziona il copyright, oppure semplicemente sei un’altra persona triste che si mette ad insultare sui social. Ti auguro un buon natale! Spero che mangi bene e magari non parlare troppo, perché se sei così con i tuoi probabilmente sarai te che farai il ridicolo aprendo la bocca.

    Glad to hear they respect their elders. Here in the USA not many people respect their elders. They actually downgrade the elders. There are also elders in the USA who do not respect the rights of others. Things are very pathetic here these days

    • @ReigneOrShine
      @ReigneOrShine  2 місяці тому +1

      So sorry to hear that! We see that kind of behaviour in our city sometimes too, which is very sad. We loved talking to the elder people at work or even on the streets, they always have great stories to tell and we should respect them and learn from their experiences in life. It was really beautiful to see the strong community feeling in the small towns in Sardinia. So much to learn from this incredible island! 😊

    Do they speak Italian or Spanish in Sardinia?

    • @ReigneOrShine

      Thanks for watching!
      That´s an interesting question and actually hard to explain in a single comment. They speak many languages and it depends on the area of the island where you are they can speak different ones. But Italian is spoken by everyone in the island and that´s the language that Chano is using to communicate with the locals in this video. We watched some interesting videos about history in Sardinia before visiting, I cannot find right now the one I remember with a very good map of the languages, but I found this map online that can help to answer your question I think: 😊
