the titles are randomized, so each tier has like 4 or so different variations. Overall there's actually a ton of different combo titles, i think besides EAT EAT EAT!!! which always stays the same

Of the 3 bosses they have revealed, the only one i can really see the relation to that concept is the diamond one that could easily represent Mammon aka the demon of greed
