I’m definitely going to try this. Every recipe I’ve seen wants you to roll out the dough and connect the ends which isn’t easy cause the ends don’t always want to stick together this looks way easier!
I tried this with some raw milk that I had to get rid off and just baked it without boiling and maybe they didn't have that crunch but turned out to be really soft and yummy bagels. would definitely recommend!!
I've been making bagels for three years, and still learning. You've got a ways to go. I'll finish here by saying 3 minutes boil is to much. You'll have hard spots in your bagel where it is over cooked. Good luck.

Great video, right to the point. Maybe you can add recipe in writing for easy reference while listen to techniques?

Yes, I use the dough setting.

Where is the printable recipe?
Too much talking. You have 4 ingredients, it shouldn’t take more than 3 minutes to explain.
