Print on demand takes a lot of profit from you once you see one particular product is do well I would start sourcing and buying in bulk to save on more on margins but you have to decide on how hands free you want to be

I would stay away from copyrighted music because you have to have a commercial license for it unless you are the owner of the music I use companies like epidemic sound to add commercial free music to my ads I hope that helps 🙏🏽
Im not super versed in trademark laws to be fair however what you are talking about is your copyright protection which has protection based on when you created your logo and brand name. would recommend though however doing some Google searches to see if anybody has used your name on social media or has your domain already before deciding on a name
