Really really enjoyed watching this after work today! And yes, the supporter tribe is extremely tight and a family to me especially those people on whatever this is together. And I've gone from fearing judgement from others about what I say about this to the thought that but if I talk too directly, I might cause them to go through something big before they're ready. And this process is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced so please do make sure that your prepared to experience all of it. I don't think it's possible to ever be ready for it whatever that means but at least willing to bear all the pain is so important. 😊
It’s been a while since watching your videos but I love this! I feel seen, especially in healthcare. I have been working through my own awareness and now a sound bath facilitator. It is amazing how things change through this journey. Being vulnerable, welcoming silence and accepting things around me as they are - those were tough to navigate through but worth the work. I wish there was more of this out there in the hospital setting. I am trying to do my part for my community by sharing my experiences. Excited that I am finally able to bring this to my immediate department (IT-TDS) and have been asked to do this for our Cath Lab as well.
I echo your sentiment.. but I will say this.. I too have studied and certified as a meditation teacher and ayrvedic health coach and just finished yoga teacher training... and I have been struggling to figure out how to bring more of this to Healthcare. And the struggle is what I stopped worrying about. It's a out letting go and allowing whatever is meant to be to arise. One thing leads to the next. I set an intention.. and it's all unfolding.. as we heal ourselves... the right people and situations come into our lives. I may leave "medicine" altogether or..not. I'm 54 and don't have a clue and it's all so good and I'm ok with the unknown. Why? Bc I TRUST the unfolding. So I'm starting with retreats and oddly enough my new job just created a schedule where I am off 26 weeks a year with a higher salary than I had as a FT doc. All of that accidental. So see how it works? And now I'm going to bring g meditation to my colleagues at the hospital as a volunteer and if that doesn't pan out.. that's Ok. People are asking me about my retreat a Bc of how I behave at work.. bc of the light I bring..bc of just BEING how I am.. with situations and patients etc. The more of us that fo this work the more we influence others. It will all come together. For some Maybe they open a whole new hospital or Integrative practice..... the options are limitless. Just know it's happening

I think the laughter comes because of the earth shattering duh moment that dawns when you realize that this has been chilling out naked right there in front of you while you played dress up and make believe.
The questions are all valud but reflect the place in the journey. Afyer mang years of studying these concepts and emobidyimg them thru daily practice of shadow work and meditation.. the understanding of evil actually starts to make sense. Its still painful and still wonder how but we begin to notice and catch the mind when it goes there. When u get adept at staying in hugh vine mode and noticing thought feelings and sensations as midn creaated... then all suffering ceases. When that happens... your life unfolds differently. So begin the journey and trust. Allow things to unfold as they are. The Universe and the pure potentioal that Z dogg speaks of can all be accessed when we stop resisting what is.. and that includes all the light as well as the shadows

Didn’t catch this live. I am one of the physicians (psychiatrist)who was at the retreat having major kundalini. So funny you said the thing about speaking in tongues. I had a huge kundalini moment during one of our sittings when Angelo was sitting next to me for some reason, too, and when the bell rang I couldn’t manage the energy at all and Angelo got up and I was writhing in my chair and I was just waiting to start speaking in tongues and have light shoot out the top of my head. You know for damn certain you aren’t in control when that shit happens. And just like that it settled, and no big deal, and it was time for Q & A. What a great retreat. Sure is a trip going back to doing psychiatry at the VA Monday morning after the week there.
I love hearing that my colleagues are finally waking up. I have felt alone for years... couldn't share at work at all. I am hosting Mt own retreat and wasn't targeting docs to market to but I think prob hc workers are my new avatar. Healers need to be healed ourselves to help heal others... ty for participating! I have a thought that you have never had a trip on acid or mushrooms or peyote etc. You’re a little too tied to definitions and there’s just something missing. Maybe I’m totally wrong - it’s just my hunch. I also sense Angelo has done the trips.
