Back in November 2023, my dental hygienist was impressed said the Homeoblock appliance that you installed is working, because she is seeing spacing in between the teeth and the arrangement of the bite is improving. That independent observation from another party of that profession is quality of evidence. She even said she will make sure that she is the one who continues to clean my teech because she's interested to see how this progresses.

I had all my premolars extracted and braces as a teen in the 90s, would I likely require orthodontics after treatment with a homeoblock? Braces or even implants? Thanks

Usually no braces or Invisalign is necessary. Teeth will migrate forwards up against on another 1-12months after treatment. If anything the teeth look straighter. No way to create enough room for implants. That ship sailed.
