I have one just like this but no instructions, I tried using what you did on the video and it didn't work for me. What was the 1974 code you put in to change the number code. I have a code to open it, tried to change it, didn't work. Then tried to input finger print, that didn't work either, what am I doing wrong ? Tried support from the company, that didn't work, looked all over the internet, your video was the best at instructing on changing, is there a link or pdf. Why are there no comments here did someone erase them all ?
Did you used the reset button inside? It's a small red button that is on the side of the door. I'll ask the vendor of they have a PDF.
@@Whatsonsaletoday yes used red button., in the video you pressed 1974 before changing code, was that a previous code ? Do you need to press one when setting new code ?
