Find it amazing how closely you can see him listening to the trainer literally can see his soaking in the information even at this point of his career. True student of the game
The guy holding the pads is a three time world champ Jeff Fenech
This Tyson isn’t even close to the Tyson of 86-90
william barr absolutely correct. This was a Mike Tyson that didn’t even want to fight anymore.
@@ichinomiyaconbimai5104 I thought it was Fenech
@@williambarr4822 No one is.
Damm even when he's passed his prime, he still looks explosive and powerful, simply the best ever 💯💯💪🏾💪🏾
True, but that endurance, to punch full-force, nonstop, round after round, was sadly gone.
No he doesn't. He looks old and slow here.
@@briangordon1617 Hahaha. You're a troll. ;)
@@ottovuorio382 haha I speak facts
@@briangordon1617 Don't we all?
One of the most gifted heavyweights ever
Tyson looked quicker in his recent training videos than on this one.
It’s different when ur fresh or he’s just workin on specific techniques or refining his movement , sometimes u gotta slow down
Pad work isn't always full speed though.
Yup, he was tired and unmotivated by then, you can see it. He wanted to channel his energy into other avenues of entertainment. No matter what, still one of my greatest boxer for me
Someone wrote he's just a shadow
Of himself, His shadow is badass.
TRUTH!
Then you haven't seen much. #RealTalk
Frank Stidham He might be a shadow of himself but I bet u don’t wanna get hit by him . That’s One shadow that will put you to sleep
Exactly people act like he still 21 years old.For a 53 year old man I think his moves are still explosive. Not alot 53 years olds can still move like this that's for sure.
That person is just a shadow of NOTHINGNESS
Iron Mike Tyson!!!!!! One of the last true heavyweights of all time 💯💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍👍💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍
he didnt even want to hurt anybody anymore here
He was training for his last fight Kevin McBride, that's the only fight Jeff trained him for
Real talk bruv!!!!
The bobbing after the hit is amazing. We just don't see that from heavyweights these days
He was one of if not the best at being almost in a squat position an then BAM..
we never saw that from anyone except him...
ARDES exactly we didn’t know what we had till it was gone.
@@cougar231000 Big facts
Nobody Currently would know what to do with his Movement
Disciplined Iron Mike, greatest heavyweight of all time.
Andy Ruiz vs Mike 2019 1 & Dunn winner take$ all
Thomas Boyz Tyson is one of the only boxers I know that lost his power in his last fights , his power come from his movements, that stopped
10 10 After Ali
@Thomas Boyz I often wonder, what would've happened if Cus would've lived another 10 years, and allowed Mike to mature another decade under his tutelage? I think Mike would've been the undisputed GOAT.
Mike Tyson and discipline don't go together. If mike stayed on track if Ali wasn't forced to retire... I hate the ifs
Most people called Mike a brawler. I always called Mike a boxing master. Mike out jabbed Larry Holmes and most other heavyweights. Impeccable footwork that allowed him to reposition quickly and land a devastating punch. Underrated very fast hand speed. But, the most fascinating thing about Mike’s boxing skills is his ability to create punching scenarios. Mike could set punching combinations offensively or defensively. Pure boxer.
Even now, he's still scary
The one and only, the greatest of all time, the best ever, IRON MIKE TYSON!!!
Not quite but he is 1 of the greatest
He dues to make the top 10
Man you imagine this dude looking for you cuz you've hit his sister or brother, or anyone he cares for, just imagine all those days of looking over your shoulder, and all the sleepless nights of dreading the day he catches you slippin...lol.
Never!!! The best he could'nt have😁😁😁
He was never the best
That man still and always will be dangerous lol
Hands are illegal
hahaha facts
Laughing but scared
Yes indeed!
😂😂😂😂😂👌👌👌
The heavy weights now are a joke miss mike Tyson greatest heavy weight of all time he is perfection glad I got to watch you🥊
Those who grew up with Mike's era like myself were so lucky and privileged.they build up todays heavyweight era but its all smoke and mirrors in comparison .the buzz and electricity around Mike's rise to the top was truly incredible and a golden period in history that those who lived through it will never forget and thats why mike gets so much love and admiration today.tyson and Holyfield will always be rated higher than wilder and fury by the fans and its because the fans who watched their era's know and remember their greatness.
No doubt Tysons speed and power was still there but I think his heart for the sport had long gone by this time sadly.
His speed wasn't the same man he looks tired and he doesn't have flames on his eyes like before
Just unmotivated and uninspired
I left boxing 10 years ago. Never lost, the heart, for the sweet science.
It's not about you
Sudeep Kumar and who are you again?
Love Mike, he's making guys our age feel like we just might have a lot more life in us. The guy's a monster. Probably the greatest fighter of all time.
Feels so good to see Iron Mike training in the ring. I don’t care what age he is.
Word up
I feel you
10000% AGREED!!!!👍👏👏👏👏👏
Same, hoped for this for years,
Mike Tyson IS BOXING.. PERIOD!!!!!!
Still looking like a champ. Iron Mike, the greatest of all time: GOAT
Muhammad ali was the greates
Ali was the GOAT even Mike said it himself
Tyson's up's and down's lawsuits and personal come backs are what make him one of the greatest men of my generation. You don't have to live a perfect life you just have to learn from your mistakes
Todd Bertram Yeah, I agree. Its more personable to me cuz I can relate to him.
Mike Tyson training with the 'Marickville Mauler" Jeff Fenech, Aussie boxing champ. Both are absolute legends!
Hope Jeff is doing ok,
Yes mate, I had the chance to met him at the RSL in Marickville. He is a nice bloke. Moreover after that, years later the construction company that I used to work, we built a nice house for him at Lilyfield -Sydney.
What amazing about this is that I watched Tyson throughout his whole career and even watching him at this stage he’s still incredible
You just don't realise how strong his legs are. The way he changes body elevation from fully standing to a deep squat and back up again is astonishing.
Holy is that Jeff fenech working The pads with him.
That's exactly what i said lol.
Yes, Fenech trained mike towards the end of his career
Fenech was a 5'7? bantamweight. Look how small Tyson really is.
It makes his accomplishments all the more impressive
@@Rileyed
I think I heard him say in an interview that hes 5'10
Hes really short for an elite heavyweight was my point, not that hes a small human.
Fenech doesn't look small next to him.
Now stand Fenech next to Larry Holmes, Lennox Lewis or even Evander Holyfield n he will look tiny.
@D'amato Shift
Exactly!
This was just a shadow of the real Mike Tyson. He gave up boxing in the 90s.
Oh really I still rather see this Mike then any other fighter these days hitting the Mitts.....
If cus D'amato was still alive and Tyson was in his prime in the 90's he would be undefeated and near enough unbeatable I reckon
What about guys like Inoue, Lomachenko, Lopez, Crawford? this version of Tyson was washed up
sadly and maybe we never saw the bes of Tyson
due to his troubled life.
Age catches up to us all. Can't beat the clock. No one can. Still Mike Tyson though.💪
Still. A scary animal. I wish I had this movement and power.
Not enough gets said about how coachable Mike Tyson was. So many trainers he had, and he allowed all of them to coach him, their way. Shout out to Jeff Fenech in there.
Absolutely frightening at his peak. Speed and power. Deadly
Best trainer for peek a boo style was cus d'amato teddy atlas a Kevin Rooney
👌
I believe cus invented the style for Floyd patterson
Tariq Sheikh I never understood why he never went back to Rooney. Rooney practically begged him to
@@sosaruhinda2615 yes, and then modified the style to better suit Tyson, who had power in both hands
PaleFace don king wanted to fire kevin Rooney to grab mike Tyson money
This shows how Tyson would destroy Wilder. Tyson would slip those punches and then rock him to sleep. And this is old Tyson not even prime Tyson. He was faster.
Why only wilder tho yes tyson would dominate wilder easily no debate but tyson would destroy any of these heavyweights
Not this Tyson. This is late 90’s Tyson that got knocked out by Lennox, who broke his leg to Danny Williams, and refused to get up against Kevin McBride.
@@allmight5919 I think his comment was in reply to Wilder saying he could have beaten Tyson.
indeed....tyson beat most opponents before even stepping into the ring
Old tyson Lethally koed people just like that one boxer that was bending when tyson koed him
Love your work Jeff.
I love seeing him in shape like this‼️ GO MIKE🥊
His power was incredible
Brillant video!
Mike is a humble human being ,with problems like anyone else ,also one of the best in the ring ,let's welcome him back and wish him the best ,Mike you got my vote and do what you like best
Mike pumps excitement to boxing.
By far the best.
After Kevin Rooney was gone, no one knew how to PROPERLY train Mike... Which is vital for that particular style of fighting (The peek-a-boo Catskills style).
Yep Mike need to blame Mike
he was Mike's ecu and if that's not right then the engine ant running how it should be
The World Loves Mike < 3
I think it's up to Mike what he can do and what he can't. I would love to see Mike fight again. Greatest fighter I've ever seen.
Love the legendary shoes and the short
Power vs speed
Beautiful jabs
In a strange way, with all that’s going on, I think this gives people a sense of hope.
This is from 14,15 years ago
Hes in better shape now tjan he was 15 years ago when this video was recorded
Tyson couldn't beat the top guys in his division in his prime. What is he going to do at 53?
Klitschko is training Holyfield. Since i know that and saw Tysons and Holyfields training i give Tyson a 40% chance to win vs Holyfield
@@mysterio952 Looool... Mike might step on the old geezer
I can hear Cus on the side yelling "move your head"
what a speed, what a punch, and what a life you have mike. GBU
Mike always been vicious with the right and left hand💯💪
I loved to watch him fight
He basically had only 3 years of greatness, but it’s a 3 years nobody will forget
This is amazing, I love you Iron Mike, in my opinion you are the greatest.
A great sports man of all times happy to see him back.
Kid-"My dad can beat your dad"
Other kid- "My Dad's Mike Tyson"
Kid- "Silence"
seen mike train in late 80s early 90s absolutely awesome this is only a shadow of the old mike he would of destroyed everyone he had lost to had he stayed focused and kept with kevin rooney and his original carner men
I am so happy for Mike now just a warrior at peace.🙏🏾👊🏾💯
Tyson has a great future now
He does not have to prove anything to no one any more he is a smart guy. He is more into his family life for his kids. Tyson been there won it many times. He is not gona let his ego destroy his family life. Stay blessed mike you have it all.
GOAT 🙅🏿♂️💯
Qq4
you will never see ANYBODY 218IBS MOVE at that speed like Tyson did NEVER 💯
His still got the speed and that power by look of it and still got that killer look about him love him
The legend is back looking in great shape
Wilder: I'm the hardest hitter in boxing history
Mike Tyson: Hold my 50 year old belly.
Even at this point Tyson would take out all of our current top 5 heavyweights 🐐
TVsez word
TVsez prob not, but at his peak he would have destroyed all these bums, who just fight to build there records up and money....Tyson fury/AJ the lot of them.....
he coudnt even beat kevin mcbride give over
@agsn not only flat footed but also lost that incredible leg speed whixh used to get him into punching position and let them rip,
Agreed.....
He will always be my favorite boxer. 🥊🥊
Tyson, u are the best. The monster of boxe. U're the real legend of boxe with unique agressive style.
You can tell he wasn't the same anymore in terms of his footwork
His newer training videos actually looks better by far.
Aussie Jeff Fenech training Iron Mike, that’s awesome.....
I love mike so much. When i was young He is my superhero. He is fantastic man and number one player in the world always
The goat is back
Best ever
Why do you think back in the day Lenix Lewis Vander Holyfield and the rest of the heavyweight they didn’t want to fight Mike when he was in his prime bo
Yep. They were Poser's waiting for the Storm to Clear
Holyfield and him was going to fight after the Douglas fight, but then Mike went to jail. Lewis at the time was KOed badly by Mikes training partner, then Mike was in or currently in jail around that time. A prime mike is a dangerous fight for anyone and I personally think he had the potential to be one of the greatest. My favorite boxer though personally.
Not true holyfield never ducked nobody that's why he is the real deal
@@cheroncarter1056 I didn't see Holyfield challenging Mike when he was in his early 20's.
@@sompheth4372 The fight were scheduled in 1991 after Tyon's strong comeback after the defeat but Tyson had a rib injury, from what ??
Welcome back
Mike is always the greatest fighter.. no matter how older he gets.. exactly ♥️♥️😘😘
Tyson Power!!!!
Mike is number 1 for me... but his spirit is already at half of what it was... he was physically always ready... but that IRON part was not there.. new coaches.. ehh.. no motivation or deep connection. RIP CUs Dmato... Like a Pacman/Freddy.. . its part of the game... and super necessary at the #1 spot... IMO Awesome upload.
He is part of history.Simply, the best.
How humble and reflexive!He's instigating😀
I still wouldn't dare pick a fight with 60 year old Tyson let alone this few years past prime Tyson. Bravado won't be the death of me
Ok this a 1 year ago but a few years past? This was in 2004 he was in his prime in 1989 or 1988 16 years past lol
wow if he keeps on practising he is gonna be famous some day.
Kevin and Cus created a uniquely customized style of fighting that was perfect for the small heavyweight that Mike Tyson was. This is how they unlocked his great potential in the ring and it's why his defensive/offensive boxing skills declined when he switched trainers. Good upload!
He is back again! 👍💪👊🤜💢
I would love to see Tyson back in the ring.
When you see Mike here, where he was 39, and look at those young rising stars in heavyweight division today it’s just straight pathetic.
CH T agree but Daniel Dubois can be something big though
I was just about to say. Dubois is a freak of nature. He is like the size of Lennox Lewis and he's flipping 20 years old. People need to stop hating on the new generation
@@TheKickboxingCommunity daniel Dubois is a robot fighter just like the rest of the boxers nowadays
CH T dang I was hoping this was recent haha. What shopping Mike was making a comeback of sorts. So this must’ve been around 2008?
@@Rainbownites it says 2005 in the description
Mike Tyson is in Beast Mode triple OG, Mature
Mike I can believe what seeing looking great can’t Waite to see your come back
The trainer's didn't have a clue on how to train Tyson .
Just shows the greatest of cus de marto.
Tyson was always waiting for the pads for starters.
Mike can give Deontey a run for his money. I'm sure about that. Despite his advanced age his spurring power is amazing.
Oliver Onyango i think he can take deontey wilder Deontey said he could have taken mike in his prime and i think tyson wants to show him that he can take him now i think mike can take wilder with a knock out first round
STILL THE BEST" LOVE TO SEE HE'S DOING WELL. ROCK ON MIKE!!!
Simply a LEGEND.....GO MYKE!
Simplesmente M a r a v i l h o s o !
The "out of prime" Mike tyson
One of the best
The leverage and power he generates is unbelievable 👍
He's about 30% of the speed and power that he was in his prime
That's ah strong 30
guy with the pads does not know how to deal with a peek-a-boo fighter but who really does now days.
Pretty sure that's Jeff Fenech, for lightweight fighter.
Former Australian Great Champ
Definitely my thoughts to Juan.
I agree
@PogChamp the peek a boo isn't for everyone, it worked perfectly for mike because of his physical attributes, and there aren't a lot of trainers who know the style well
Уникальное видео, сколько не искал всё одно и то же, эту треню вижу впервые.
tyson is a beast......love it!
I really think it shouldn't have been that trainer it should have been Kevin Rooney he would have ignited the fire back out of the old champion which looks like a well-preserved Mike Tyson my thoughts on that training session
That trainer is Jeff Fenech, Australian world champ and very well regarded boxer, look him up!
I totally agree Jay Kevin Rooney was perfect for Mike great combination with big mistake when he left him
One of the best heavyweights ever. Fought everybody and ducked nobody in his day.
He ducked Foreman and was very open about it....
