This may be the most sordid and unhallowed Black Metal album I have ever heard. I even had a nightmare of Wilhelm II floating down a staircase. Indeed every song begets much dread.
Very good music! and a inspiration on my own album. Very raw and dark love the recording sound its perfect. They really nailed it on the head with this Black Metal.
Has this one ever been released on CD? Raw low-fi production + minimalist melancholic riffs = 🔥🔥🔥 ...and a nice prussian Vampyric Will-helm on the cover!

@Cathory Yes people are and I think its ok. Not everyone has the same border of wich is too bad audio quality and wich has a fitting sound. For me this is just a bit to much. I like old Darkthrone and many more, but Im just not the fan of something that sounds like the microphone was not in the same room as the band, if you know what I mean. Or I cant enjoy Mayhem's Pure Fucking Amageddon. Its just to bad quality for my taste.

It's a waste of time to talk about it, since the guy from SR doesnt really communicate, i tried to contact him few times, but never got any response, so i guess we will never know.... and even if he did, does it matter? Music is good, so i don't see nothing wrong there.
It’s absolutely a drum machine, I’m a drummer/producer myself and you can tell (including in the blasts) that it’s absolutely a drum machine. The hits on the snare are too consistent and there’s almost zero overheads in the mix. Still a great record but yeah, absolutely 100% without a doubt a drum machine.
Two much different genres. Sanguine is more talented either way. Quality means nothing, it's meant to be low quality. Uneducated white trash. Choke on your budlight.
The mix is awful, the guy can’t sing neither. Just lot of producing to make it sound “poor quality”. This is black metal tho. Super Nintendo tunes with punk drums 😜
