Oh! Thank God! I thought I missed Hero's entire childhood when I read the title and saw this pre-adolescent kid sitting with them. I didn't know Hero had an older brother! 😃

You hear all these stories about step dads being dismissive of their partners kids but you can tell that isn't the case here, love this.

Fox’s commentary was like a young Matt. Even down to the “He can just regenerate” which will morph into “No one ever dies in these movies”😂

I love when kids are unintentionally hilarious. My brothers kid just recently learned how to talk. I said to him "you have something on your lips". He responded with a very serious face "Do you have lips?"

I guess I didn't realize Jen had a son prior to Holden, but I love that he calls him daddy.

A British couple (Justtrustash) just watched The Phantom Menace for the first time - They described the Trade Federation accent as sounding like Dracula (I'm assuming Bela Lugosi) and Watto as sounding like a Mexican drug dealer - so we have a consensus for Watto having Spanish ancestry,

Nothing like your first star wars film in theaters. I still remember Episode 3 like it was yesterday. Great memories with my family. Watching the first two episodes at home then seeing Darth Vader on the big screen. Amazing.
You have such a beautiful family, Holden. I'm only 18, and I have so many other things I need to worry about than kids of my own, but I honestly can't wait to have a kid someday and for him or her to call me dad and for me to show him or her movies and shows that I grew up watching.
Watching your sons reaction brought a continuous smile to my face. Takes me back to when I first watch this film. Same reaction same questions running through my head. He is gonna fall in love.

At least stuff you mentioned was explained. There's no explanation o logic behind most of decisions in disney sw.
@@Pir-o *I* don't have issues with those, but *you* sure have with some that are not that different. Dude I have been a fan long enough to see the same arguments being used again and again. Back then the prequels were the worst things ever made, destroyer of childhoods and no-one would ever care for them. Same with the Disney stuff. Nothing you are saying is new. Including the nitpicks... Specially the nitpicks.
I watched 25th anniversary with my son. It was first time on big screen for both of us. Precious memories. Enjoy

Nothing better then seeing a new generation react to the movies I watched and loved as a kid. Saw this in cinemas for the first time as well this last weekend, seen it multiple times over the years but felt like the first time again in cinemas and it was just epic seeing it on the big screen. Hope we’ll get the chance to rewatch ep2 and 3 in cinemas again over the next couple years or so, if so I really cannot wait to get to see them again for the first time in cinemas for 20 years

I saw the Phantom Menace w/ my 23 y.o. son in the theater this May. He saw it several times on TV but never saw it on the big screen. It was a fun time for both of us.

More people should do videos like this. Now I regret not going on revenge of the 5th too, only got tickets for may the 4th.
And so another fan joins the ever growing ranks of Star Wars fans. Fox's reactions were so similair to my own when I first saw Phantom Menace. The looks of joy, astonishment, and concern wrapped up into 4 minutes tells it all about how invested he's gonna be in the universe. Fox may very well be The Chosen One of the next generation of Star Wars fans.

This was my first Star Wars film and I saw it in the cinema too. I bought my Dad his first lightsaber yesterday, Lukes one. Fox looked like he had a great time!
it was cool seeing all the movies at the cinema, eps 4 did feel a bit out dated now but still good, i'm 28, the prequels where definitely my movies, loved them and seeing them all on the big screen made them 10x better, im glad that your kid seems to really like star wars,

I admit to being confused when I saw the title and immediately thought you were showing your baby Star Wars for the first time until I saw an older kid sitting between you. Then it clicked in my mind "that makes a hell of a lot more sense".
