Mam, suppose मुझे iit bhilai मे admission मिल गया है। And मैंने admission fee pay कर दिया। अब मे spot round counselling मे गया और मुझे iit mandi मिला गया। क्या अब मुझे दो बार admission fee pay करना होगा

If you already got seat in an IIT, you cannot participate in spot rounds of another IIT.
