They confirm that MOST men want a young beautiful fertile wife over someone past their prime and entering their senile years. Thats why most of the women who get catfish are much older. Hopefully she learns to love herself. She must have no self esteem at all for these lowlives to notice her and then start this game they played. My sister used to be the same waiting for a man to contact her (while he was off cheating with his wife and being a 'father' to his two children). It’s partly due to so wanting it to be true, and because it was set up step-by-step.
Like if you asked Republican voters 10 years ago if they would support a President who spends most of his time either talking of what a victim he is, or defending that Presidents can commit crimes, or who collected millions from China and Saudi Arabia in their side business while President, saying “I love the Saudis…they spend money at my hotel, and we get along great!” Or who told election boards “I need you find me 11,873 votes” the exact amount they are behind and need to win, or who would smirk and hold a champagne flute while watching the Capital be sacked by a mob in peace time, or who paid hush money to a porn star while married or a couple dozen other Trump crimes and scandals…they would say “no way.”
But when it’s a couple bizarre or sketchy thing at first, ok….then a few more, that’s ok too,,,,then a few more….then suddenly Repub are fine with “defund the police, “ or fine with throwing out the Constitution (or the parts Trump doesn’t like that day), or with Trump having multiple criminal charges underway, or whatever.

I read a meme that said “you don’t have to lie to women. If you tell the truth they’ll lie to themselves” and when I watch these catfish videos it solidifies it for me.

Are they actually better or are there just a lot more of them? Because the scams never really change--it's always a Spanish prisoner scam that uses stolen photos and the same basic story outlines. Though the white money scam one was incredible. Have a look for it. There's a huge population of single older people in this country and it seems the scam industry was there to meet the demand.

And that’s because this woman has watched other women and men in the same situation and still she becomes the bait and don’t know it, can’t accept the truth. When I found out she gave him/her $10,000 I knew she was caught bad. Even when she baited him/her with the promise of another $10,000 the light bulb in her head flickered for a moment then went out. Very sad. Don’t give anybody any $$ don’t care how handsome he is or beautiful and young she is.
It's seriously frustrating watching these stories. I just can't comprehend the level of cluelessness. He's literally laying it all out for her, and she still continues to rationalize it as something else. I used to think that common sense was innate, however over time, I've come to realize that it is a learned behavior. Its usually a side effect of having lived a sheltered life.. She is seriously lacking the simple fundamentals of logic and common sense. I pray that she wise's up for her own good.

She’s a trusting person. This could easily happen to one of your grandparents, so I’d dismount the high horse if I were you.

If you are going to put your profile up on a dating site, you need to put a big notice that says, "Any person who asks me for money will be reported as a scammer to this website and the police". And then if you find a potential match that you like, insist on meeting them in a public place very soon. Don't allow them to keep putting off the meeting. If the person won't meet you, there is something wrong. Block their profile!

I had scammers say hi on Facebook and always ignored em, but one day this good looking preacher with a huge church said something (not him, just the organization, because I liked some posts from them) LOL and my son who was 9 or so saw it and thought he was interested.
