I use a program called Audacity. Open an audio file, and on the top of the screen is Effect < Change Speed (7 spots from the top) < Move the slider to the left, the range I typically go with is between -12 and -18. For the reverb its also under Effect < Reverb (24 spots from the top) There's a lot of settings, the numbers I use (starting from the top) go 70, 10, 80, 50, 15, 0, -6, -2, 65. Hope this helps :)
