Lord, thank you for UA-cam and the helpful posts like this. I was giving up on ever threading this machine. Your video here allowed me to thread the machine and make something today.
Thank you for the simple explanation and not blocking the view with your hand like others do.💯💪🏼 My daughter left her machine here a few months ago and I was like let me play with it instead of dropping them off to the tailor. It looked difficult once I took it out the box, but yeah I agree Thank You UA-cam.🙏🏼🤣
I bought a serger over a month ago and it’s been sitting in the box unopened because I’ve been so intimidated by it. I watched this video one time and I’m serging all the way. THAnK YOU!!!
Excellent video! This is the third video I tried and you're definitely the best instructor. :-D Your instructions are clear, and it's very helpful that you showed where to place the threads after getting the through the final holes. Especially that darn green one! THANK YOU!!!!
awesome instructions. I could not get the first thread behind a little triangle thing because I was trying to go past that and underneath something until I saw your video and realize I was doing it completely wrong. Once I saw the correct way to do it like you said it was a breeze. He said the 1st thread is the hardest if you do it wrong it's really hard but when you do it right as you showed it made it so much easier. I was trying for three hours I watched your video thank you so much.
BEST video on threading this serger!!! I have the same serger and you clearly demonstrated why I kept having trouble. Each time I thread my serger I will watch your video as I do it!!! Thank you so much!!!
This is perfect and saved me hundreds of dollars. I thought there was a problem with my serger but you actually showing how to deal with the threads once they were all threaded solved a big jamming problem I had. Thank you so much!
Per your first video, I knotted the threads together and changed thread. It worked great. Of course, my "user error" caused a problem halfway through my test project and had to re-thread the whole machine. With your video, it was easy and not so intimidating. Thank you!!!
Thank you for a easy clearcut video. I haven’t used my serger for a while and I needed to thread it and I’ve used other tutorials and yours is by far the best.
You are amazing thank you so much for making this video ! I've watched at least 3 videos before yours and couldn't understand any of what they were telling me to do lol but you speak so clear and slow with camera detail wow! Bless you🙏💕
Great, great, great video. You did a perfect job explaining and the clarity of the video is the best I have seen. Thank you!!!!! And you did it all quickly!
Fantastic job, I was nervous about buying this serger, although I have seen many, many positive reviews, I was nervous about the threading of it. Thanks for taking the worry out. All the best to ya, thanks for sharing, be well.
Thank you so much for making this video! I just bought my Brother serger today and could not understand how to thread it. I watched a few videos before yours that were not very clear (using all same color thread, not zooming in for the details). Yours was very easy to follow and the close-up views really helped a lot. I'm excited to get started now.
Thank you. You rock. It turned put beautiful finally. I followed some.other guy and it almost got me tangled. When I forst got it I set it up fine but it's been packed away for a few yrs n I've not even used it yet. I just stitched the bests stitches I ever made even better than high school back in the day hahaha now for setting everything flesh uo and ehen do I need ro oil it how do I and since I didn't use it shoukd I after it sat and does rhe gears need oiling in the back I see some oil but not a wack or anything 😊
Hi!! I've been serging for years but lately this machine of mine keeps unthreading the lower looper and breaking...do you know what's causing this?? TY!
Hi Mom, I’ve watched and commented some of your other videos. Did you keep this Brother 1034DX and do you use it? Your sewing machine video are how I found your channel.
I did a little research and there doesn’t seem to be much difference. The knobs are in different places, and some claim the positioning on the DX is a little more convenient. But, the features seem to be equal.
Lord, thank you for UA-cam and the helpful posts like this. I was giving up on ever threading this machine. Your video here allowed me to thread the machine and make something today.

Hi!! I've been serging for years but lately this machine of mine keeps unthreading the lower looper and breaking...do you know what's causing this?? TY!
Ugh. Have you started using a new spool of thread? Sometimes I just get a weak spool, or even a bad spot in a good spool.
Hi Mom, I’ve watched and commented some of your other videos. Did you keep this Brother 1034DX and do you use it? Your sewing machine video are how I found your channel.
I do still have it, but I have not used it too much. I've mended some of my daughters things and it worked really great so far.
Do you hv any idea why my 1st thread keeps breaking
Tension too tight? It could also be a bad thread spool. Try a new spool and see if that helps.
Is it 1034D or the 1034DX better
I did a little research and there doesn’t seem to be much difference. The knobs are in different places, and some claim the positioning on the DX is a little more convenient. But, the features seem to be equal.
Good video with what is probably some of the worst lighting I’ve seen in any modern video.
Thanks, I guess. 😂
Great video. Thanks so much for an excellent explanation.
