LEONARD COHEN, Anthem, Florence, sept 1st 2010
Вставка
- Опубліковано 2 вер 2010

Deeply touched and moved by the care and respect with which he introduces his musicians. Those long, deep bows… the heart of Zen.
morganfisherart . Ditto.
morganfisherart Because he is a Gentleman.
The heart of non violence
A great team, the musicians perfectly complimenting Mr Cohen's style. We are going to miss you, good sir.
A dream to see Leonard in Italy!
Rita Romano Also in Ireland. we are blessed 💖

Sublime! We love you Leonard.
The world desperately needs some light let in at the moment.
a masterpiece, and what a live performance! thanks!
I arrived too late to hear Leonard Cohen when he was alive, I heard a news bulletin that he died but had never heard of him before so I googled him and wow, wow, wow! But I am too late late to hear him perform live….why didn’t anyone tell me about him sooner.
I know exactly how you feel 😢 however, we have these wonderful playbacks here that these lovely people share on UA-cam- I am so grateful to at least from now treasure Leonard’s words and music - and those talented musicians surrounding him. Blessings to you 💝
Bravissimi un bellissimo video-Grande Cohen.Grazie
Bellissimo .. Bon voyage Leonard !
LEONARD, SEI GRANDE! SEMPRE!
We were close friends and I had a tremendous admiration for him as a writer, poet, and singer - as a man. I didn't sit at his feet or anything like that, but I learned a great amount from him because I had the opportunity of a close friend who was a generation older than me, and so in a very effortless way I was able to see how he got through his years, his life.
Thanks Leonard for contributing to the soundtrack of our lives for half a century. As the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inscribed in 2008:
"For six decades, Leonard Cohen revealed his soul to the world through poetry and song-his deep and timeless humanity touching our very core. Simply brilliant. His music and words will resonate forever. "

SUPER. 🥰
Happy Hanukkkah and happy New Year Leonard, remember, shake the heavens with song, after all, "there is a crack in everything, and that's how the light gets in".
Grazie Leonardo tanti baci da tua Gioia x
Questa è classe vera!
He was writing about depression and how in spite of everything, the light can slip in through a crack of hopelessness.
No, he was making a philosophical statement.--the our broken, imperfect, fallen condition does not cut us off from the divine, from God. No rather our broken state makes possible grace, divine light.
@@georgemandel9465yes, but not necessarily "God" as you understand. Cohen's Judaism was much more nuanced than that.
absolutne mistrzostwo muzyczne !!!!
Велик велик велик ..... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍
thanks for YOUR sound!
From Ireland. Thank You. Again!
❤❤❤
Thank you Baudspleen, too!
Леонард Коэн написал такие песни , такую музыку, гений 👏👏👏👏👏👏🎶🎶🎶🎶
"Forget your perfect offering, there's cracks, there are cracks in everything. That is how the light gets in." Doesn't that about say it all.
Ceci dit la musique est très belle
Today the great herd can only see the crack-not the deathless light of life that stream in-nor do they wish to see it.
The dove may be always free, but I could be wrong.
Bill Flinn I hope you are right, what a lovely thought.
