Thank you for joining us on the drive to Chapel Hill, North Carolina and watching me style the goods from Rekifa’dan. Links in description box above 👆🏾 Thank God for the internet and virtual access to new friends and foods from all over the world 🌍 I hope one day we actually get to visit Turkey and many more countries like Morocco, Thailand, Vietnam, France, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, India….Dubai…..I could go on and on 😅 Where would you like to visit?
I know this is farfetched...but maybe it could be accomplished virtually..A happy family reunion with your dad's Nigerian family and your family. A happy time of sharing fashion...photos...food..recipes, and pure forgiveness and God's love.
Thanks for sharing this great video. You have given me ideals for a small gathering. I love the Turkish goods and the famous Mediterranean desserts. I can’t forget about Kenton who is absolutely entertaining to watch. You guys are an awesome couple. It’s evident that you both enjoy spending time together and giving us great content. I mostly enjoy you guy’s ability to naturally go from talking about politics, educational matters, home decor and variety of foods around the world. Thanks and again you have made my day.😀
Kenton and Habiba the two of you are always bringing the best in your daily life and I enjoyed your channel because learning every time and I'm loving it 👍❤️❤️❤️
Hi Habiba, Your Patio, Deck Area looks Awesome with all of the Beautiful Blooming Plants and Flowers. You Definitely have A Green Thumb, the Magic Touch When it comes to Plants and Flowers. You and Kenton are A Lovely Couple to Watch, probably because you both seem to have A Good Sense of Humor. I also have three Children who have gone off and Graduated from the University, College. They are now Adults; All Living in different Cities, Who are Living their Best Lives. It looks as if you made the adjustment of them being Gone Very Well. I Enjoy your Content Along with Seeing Your Excellent Family Ties !! Tell your Mother that I said Hello. She is Sassy and living life to it's Fullness, Kudos to her!! I, Myself, am closer to her in Age, 67, African American, Now living in Tallahassee, Florida by way of Tyler Texas. I was Born and Raised in North Carolina. I Left NC to Move to Texas at 60; and am now living in Florida. Enjoy your Day❣
Awesome! Lucky you! Yes would love to visit Turkey 🇹🇷 Omg Macarons vs Baklava ?! I can’t choose 😅😛love them both but but but 🤣 Macarons I can eat because they are naturally gluten/ free given the Almond flour and Baklava is made of wheat flour…..damn damn damn 😆
I love this video Habiba driving around Chapel Hill the Mediterranean salads look fabulous and you and Kenton make it so much fun also i love your Turkish tea and plates and dishes Thanks Kenton and Habiba you are the best ❤🇦🇺
Thinking the same as you, Habiba, that it rains so much there that no wonder there is so much beautiful lush greenery. My Jamaican aunt used to have a lime tree, and the chemical-free leaves made delicious hot tea. Never been to Turkey, but knows someone who was born there. I like that part of the world, since many of their customs have been around for thousands of years and everyone there appear to be talented. My appetite leaves me in the summer months when it's hot, so would not be tempted by all that delicious food. 😆😅Kenton has some strong and powerful legs! That TEMU shirt he's wearing flatters him; it was a good buy.
Kenton was brave to wear those shoes ("geta") that Kahlid brought him from Japan -- I have never tried to! But some people do like them.... They make a distinctive clattering sound as you walk....
Nice restaurant hard to choose. So many veggies. I do not eat anything tortured and slaughtered so I only have to chose veggie and bread and desert and lemon water.
Would love to know Kenton's perspective on today's Supreme Court ban of Harvard's and UNC's use of affirmative action student recruitment. This is a momentous loss for groups long-held back from a diverse pool of candidates seeking to attend Ivy institutions of learning. Thank you.
Habiba, hw do u debug your plants before bringing them indoors for fall/winter. That's my biggest fear, when bringing plants indoors from outdoors, you are bringing bugs/plant bugs in w/u. ❤😊
So far fortunately have not had an issue with any bugs especially since most bugs are an issue in the warm weather. Our plants 🪴 come indoors during the winter ❄️ or right before it gets cold. Natural bug repellent if you don’t want the store bought versions: dilute apple cider vinegar, some blended raw garlic 🧄 + water 💦 strain and place in a spray bottle to use on the plants 🌱
What was up with your reaction to the "Say Gay" sign? When Kenton told you it was Pride Month, your response was "I guess." This tells me you're either willfully blind to what's going on in the world or a part of the problem. Either way, it ain't cute! 😠

I can’t with you guys and that tea set up lol 😂 trying really hard to stay away from gluten because it really hurts my stomach but it’s hard
Yes it is really hard to avoid gluten! 😌

I like how you said "yea, ok"about the pride month crap..😂
Oops 😬
Sin now has a month, what a world we're now living in.
Lord have mercy !
'promosm' 🤔

This is a rather harsh assumption, based on a comment or lack thereof.
