All I can think of is that they give the jury specific instructions on how to decide the verdict. They have to be thorough so that whoever did this won't have another murder court case, so they won't destroy another innocent child & family. It seems insensitive but they have a protocol for getting justice. Just my guess on why they question so much.
@@winniexxx1865 Lawyers ask some mundane questions during testamony to test a witnesse's memory accuracy. If she can be accurate with and verbally comfortable answering these most mundane things, then that would mean the witness would have more credibility with the real questions when they are asked.

She is doing a wonderful job reliving that day but you can tell she is very heartbroken. As a mother who has lost a child I know her pain reliving a situation so tragic. God bless the family. Rest easy Sweet Girl, ❤

This city is foul. That's an extremely divided part of town. One end, where they were - very wealthy and elite. The other side - the city's most heavy sinners and impoverished. They weren't in a bad area at all....but I came here when I was 19. I need to leave. Atlanta isn't right. Not for the most part.

Yeah some of the things they talked about doing remember doing with my daughter in her younger years on Christmas, stopping at Starbucks, going to Target. That's what makes it so sad
I'm confused as to why they asked them what they do and how long they have been working...like IT DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL...this is horrible and they are so damn strong to be able to do this...but as a mother I would be up there also...I will do whatever I need to do to get this person behind bars...head up, clear speaking and there every damn day. I can understand them not wanting to cry in front of that POS...he doesn't deserve to see my tears but Mommy and TiTi...you are NOT ALONE!! They do that to make sure people are comfortable talking and comfortable being questioned.
Plus you do not just dive right in you have to set the stage and control how they are questioned for reason it is a very important tactic.
And keep in mind they want to testify and they were prep for it and they want justice so do not get to wrap up in what you want.

This is a shopping center that I used to frequent and I have never heard of this case before I am so tired of guns being a problem and a reason people can't enjoy life anymore. When I was kid I used to walk across this street to this shopping mall, with no issues, no fears now as an adult sometimes I can't even fathom hanging out at these places too often because of GUN violence. Let's be clear the possession of GUNS are the problem I'm sick of this good guys with guns scenarios. There are no good guys with guns to protect a 7 year old from a stray bullet. Remove the guns and you remove the problem. Young idiots are the ones seeking out guns for violence not protection.

I wonder if the mom blames the aunt as a stage of grief. Only asking because I was mad at the person who told me an ex lover who I still cares deeply about died. And I had internal anger directed at her. I never told her but I had to forgive her as well internally.
It’s possible! When the mom (sister) took the stand, she stated that she asked her sister to stop so they can try to wave down the cop car that was in the area, but she didn’t stop the car. The way the mom mentioned it, it sounded like it came from a place of blame🤷🏾♀️ RIP Kennedy and prayers to their family.
