Thanks so much for all the continued support and enjoying this piece. Can't wait to show you all what else has been cooking :)
Absolutely genius. This piece has vapors of early Genesis and Anthony Phillips as well as Pat Metheny and goes places unexpected but wonderfully. This music and originality are in a league at or above those artists. What a joy to discover you, Alex!
What a humbling comment to recieve. Deeply honored to even be considered alongside legends like Pat Metheny. Really glad to hear that you enjoyed this piece so much, it truly means a lot to me ❤
Very well developed composition, I can see the Tigran and Allan Holdsworth influence 😁, a little more harmonically oriented though, not so much rhytmical always impressed by your multi instrumentalist quality too! Keep it up 😎
Exceptional. I've been following your music since you covered AUM by Archspire. Fantastic compositions. Do you plan on covering any other tech death songs?
@wonderlust3054 Thanks a ton dude! I might at some point, but currently I'm mainly focusing on writing more original stuff. I've also got a Tech Death project I started with another drummer friend of mine, which we'll announce soon!
@wonderlust3054 man thanks so much, I certainly hope you'll dig it! It'll be an EP, and the guitars have already been recorded, with the drums, and other stuff coming in soon :)
@wonderlust3054 ahaha thank you! It's coming, don't worry. We're just wrapping up some final recording stuff and will get the production soon. Hopefully it'll be out end of this year, and if not then early next year :)
@@alexnazaretski1937 I would be shocked if I didn't love it. I'm especially excited because of how much confidence I have in your songwriting. I'm already a fan of the project and I haven't heard a single measure.
piano is a smidge on the loud side. im no audio expert. but right clicking your video and selecting stats for nerds reveals your loudness levels are not on par with most music videos. I like the music otherwise. interesting polyrhythms and palm muting. Piano seems strongest talent wise.
I've beem following a while. I don't understand why you don't just write a piece that isn't prog? It is way more impressive to compose something interesting in a single key or two (neoclassical baroque) than all this Phillip Glass and Prog/Djent fusion nonsense.
Maybe you can just write stuff like that then. Are you paying him to compose this for you? No. This is public, free music. If you don't enjoy it go to someone else's channel. He can write whatever he wants, butthole.
Yea yea yea I'm the butthole. Alex, when you start experimenting with Pedal Point and the Harmonic Minor in one key, you'll hear the true power of composition. There's a reason every major composer credited Bach for their beginnings. Yeah, the world doesn't revolve around me. But if you are going to have God-given talent, why not make something actually masterful not just "good"?
