Yey, more chilli! That tiny amount would last my husband 3 seconds, he LOVES chilli. Breakfast lunch and dinner. I once made 50 lbs of it and put them into the deep freezer in 1 lb bowls. It was gone in a month. This looks good!
Chili looks great Heath ...never thought about the " W " sauce in Chili...😢 also ....I'm fixing to build a large outdoor kitchen ,enclosed patio, or whatever you call it..can we get a few pics of yours...would be much appreciated..thanks Heath
The W Sauce in chili is a game changer! I did a patio tour video for a UA-cam Short. That should show off the patio, but I don’t mind answering any questions.
We just did an Over The Top and White Chicken Chili. Used beans in the white chicken one. Like I said, I prefer no beans, but I don’t mind them. Hard to turn down a good bowl.
Great question. I deseeded the jalapeños. I can typically eat “soft seeds” and be ok. It’s usually the hard seeds that give me the issue and I just avoid altogether.
C'mon Heath...smoke you a chuck roast for about 2 hours (preferably on the top rack over the chili) then cube it up and throw it in there. I'm not a bean-in-the-chili guy either but if that's what you served at your house and I was there, I'd eat the hell out of it.
Tried it this weekend and yup, it was delicious! Gotta love that W sauce!!!
Glad you liked it!!
Looks absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to taste all the flavors/heat!
Thanks! It was very delicious. Hope you give it a try!
I find myself putting the Garlic Jalapeno in just about everything. I can't get enough of it.
Same here. I use it as the base of almost every single cook that I do.
Appreciate it! Glad y’all are enjoying.
Even when I roast broccoli and cauliflower I put Garlic Jalapeño on it. So good!
That's awesome! Heard it's even good on popcorn too. @@mbaker825
Deviled eggs seasoned with Garlic Jalapeño and crumbled bacon on top. Trust me. They’re a hit!

Sure is!
Looking good Hoss, I made some chili a few weeks ago, that W sauce is a game changer
It sure is! Love using it in chili.
Nice, similar to my chili! I use Yuengling as my beer. Need to add Fireshire for my next batch!
Sounds great!

Hope you enjoy! Let us know what you think.
@@HeathRilesBBQ I will thanks
Good looking chili Heath. Y'all stay safe in the frozen tundra of Desoto County!
Thanks! Will do!
I went into Meat Church Supply Shop back in August and met Matt and only left with Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno.
Hey, I appreciate it! Have to try out Matt’s products too, if you haven’t.
@@HeathRilesBBQ I’ve tried em all…I buy in bulk lol. Best ribs I’ve made are a combination of Garlic Jalapeno and Texas Sugar.
Might have to do some ribs with that combo coming up 🤔@@BBQOnABudget
@@HeathRilesBBQ you won’t be disappointed. Add some apple cherry habanero glaze to the wrap 👌🏼
What temperature did you set Traeger to cook chili?
350º
I have always wondered who wrote the rules for chili. Beans no beans... Every chili is different. I love all chili!!!
We just did an Over The Top and White Chicken Chili. Used beans in the white chicken one. Like I said, I prefer no beans, but I don’t mind them. Hard to turn down a good bowl.
Matt might disown you for using his chili seasoning with beans lol. But seriously, this looks fantastic.
Thanks!
Iook good heath but still I think malcom Bona-fide chili seasoning is the gold standard
Both are great. If you haven't tried Matt's, you'll have to check it out.
Ive never seen chili meat in the store.
Found this at the local Piggly Wiggly. Probably can’t find it at every store. Ground beef will do.
How do you eat all those seeds and not have a Diverticulitis flare up? I’m just getting over a flare up.
Great question. I deseeded the jalapeños. I can typically eat “soft seeds” and be ok. It’s usually the hard seeds that give me the issue and I just avoid altogether.
I'll loan ya a few more of them jalapeños for the next batch 😂
Gonna burn me up 🤣
how much would you do for just a normal family of 3. you said you were doing that one for a crowd. thats alot of chilli for 3 lol
I served it to my in-laws as well. Great for 5 people!

Just doing a different version on this one! I did an over the top chili a few weeks back. Both were very delicious.
Chili doesn't have beans in it. So this is bean soup
Personal opinion!
First!
Its against Texas law to put beans in chili!
We did a Texas style chili with no beans a few weeks back ua-cam.com/video/bJKmXLuQppU/v-deo.html
@@HeathRilesBBQ I know and I watched it. This looks good too. Just givin' ya a hard time!
Haha no worries! Just wanted to let you know we did a chili both ways. Thanks for watching!@@wfodavid
Chili gotta have beans otherwise it’s just meat soup
