Feel like the sweet spot would be 15L. This one seems a bit too small. Appreciate your content. It’s tough to find comfortable backpacks for us 5’2” ladies while also taking into consideration fit and capacity. I saw that there is a Nomatic bag that starts as 12L for that perfect EDC fit but that it expands for 15L when traveling.
I have this backpack and I’m in love with it. I mainly use it for work (13’ laptop, 12oz water bottle, charger, mouse, AirPods, notebook, pen, car key, Fujifilm point and shoot camera, wallet and a jacket). Fits nicely with a little extra space in the main compartment. It’s comfortable for commuting since I use the train/subway, VERY durable and aesthetically pleasing. If you’re someone that carries ALOT of belongings all the time, definitely avoid this bag because it’s too compact and won’t fit.
This bag definitely can fit more than it looks! Agreed that if you carry more than that, this bag might not be ideal. I don't have too much EDC gear so this bag is perrrrfect for me, and such a nice fit!! Glad you like it :)
Is it possible to have a waterbottle AND the tech pouch (putting the pouch turned 90 degrees compared to the video)? I'm looking for a bag where i can have: 1. Water bottle 2. Peak Design Tech Pouch 3. 14" Laptop 4. Optionally: Still some space in the quick access poket at the front? I would appreciate a response since this would be the perfect backpack for me.
So glad I found this channel. I love the look of this Alpaka bag, but I need something a bit bigger and I could really use a (right-side up) luggage pass through. Could you review the 17L Moment Everything backpack, particularly the laptop compartment (is it suspended and soft enough to not have to double wrap my 13" Macbook Pro?). Also, if anyone has any experience with that backpack, please let me know. Thanks.
Spent the last 2 days researching a EDC backpack. Been watching Aaron, then stumbled on your videos after. Thought the style and the location were scarily similar (in a good way). Then found out you guys are from the same team. Awesome team. One thing I find your review much more relatable is simply your height. We are roughly the same height so it’s much easier for me to get a sense of the bag’s proportion. Can I recommend that if you and Aaron cover the same bag in the future, you guys could link to one another, and perhaps show a picture of one another carrying the bag to show how the bag fits for different height. Great teamwork! Subbed.
I have been using this bag for work since more than a month and I love it. I find the organization very good, I don’t need a tech pouch. I am also impressed with the build and how it keeps the shape regardless of how much packed is. One thing that I was surprised is the comfort, my previous bag was the Bellroy Tokyo Totepack (didn’t try it in summer) and I was expecting this one to be even more comfortable, but even though I am carrying less it feels more heavy and in the first hot days I was a bit disappointed that my back felt more sweaty I expected, also the handle is less comfortable. But I think this says more about Bellroy than alpaka, because it is not an uncomfortable bag. But probably for the hotter days of summer I will get my large sling out.
The Bellroy Tokyo Totepack is definitely made with lighter materials and doesnt have padding on the back so you're not gonna sweat as much and it'll feel lighter. This bag is a bit different, but both great bags! Summer time is rough for us backpackers lol
Just bought one for £40 to use as a day bag when out and about with my toddler. It might fit my laptop for work, but probably not. I think it looks perfect as a non laptop carrying EDC
Hmm you got me thinking. At 5’2” this 12L bag fits perfectly for the torso. That being said do you think the city pack pro is too big to be an EDC and also used as a personal item on board a plane?
CPL 16 is my daily go to. Love the flexibility if in need to carry my honking 16inch laptop it will fit or if it’s a lighter iPad 11 inch day it fits. Hoping for some more colors of the CPL16- Coyote or OD Green or Burnt Orange or anything besides just black, lol. I like color! But agree that I would love to see a review on the CPL16, it currently has my ❤️
Haha was that a little British accent in there - are you both just trying to sneak it in! Full review in full British please "Alright mates eres a cheeky little hypalon zipper pull n no mistake!"

I think Alpaka mentioned that they are gonna release a bigger version soon.
15L is such a perfect size! I'll have to look into the Nomatic one, but agreed so hard to find good fitting bags for us smaller people!
@@Darth_Wappler- Good to know! Thank you for sharing that. I’m going to wait to see what they release.
girlll, I’m 4’11 😭 & I love backpacks

Is this nomad nation? Aaron is looking a little different today.
Ha, yes brought to you by nomads nation! (and also sibling to aaron) 😄
If only the zipper didn't catch...
SAME thats my big con with this pack
This is my work bag. I’m 5’4”. I think it’s perfect.
Agreed I loveeeee this bag!! :)
Do you think the laptop compartment could fit a 15" Macbook Air M3?
i dont think so, it says it can fit up to a 14' device
I loved this review. Bag looks awesome.
External bottle pockets missing though is a shame.
Thank you! It's a cool lil bag, yes I knowwwww it's the one thing missing 😢

Forsure it's a great quick grab for an EDC!

Personally the City Pack Pro is too big of an EDC for me, I would use it more for a personal item when traveling forsure
You made me laugh out loud! Cluster%#k🤭
