We add salt , blk pepper ,hot pepper, garlic, thyme ,onions, ginger watever suits u n mixed it up along with mire package seasonings at ur preference if course n taste. Bottle it maybe mason jar or wise mouth glass container n keep in fridge for seasoning meat or watever. Blessings debs , from Barbados.

Can last a week or more it varies by how often you use it. I put mine inna one ice cube tray and freeze and use a few cubes at a time

Shyann J make a batch of the basic blend. Freeze in ice cube tray. Take a block out when you ready to use and defrost in the fridge : )
