I teach you what each of the 12 cranial nerves do and tell you how a doctor would test each of them in a real cranial nerve exam. My right optic nerve is severed. Good times.
Edited to say that vision is definitely a spectrum. I'm like 90% blind in my right eye, as the nerve was compressed and damaged from a brain tumor but the nerve is basically hanging on by a thread. I can see items but they appear as far away and mostly blacked out.
Please do cranial nerve examinations and role plays!

Ah! That's why in some of my migraines, I can lose half the vision in my right eye! And tunnel vision in high-g aircraft manoeuvres.

I went to school to be a speech language pathologist and we were taught to do cranial nerve exams but only for the nerves that affect swallowing , chewing and speech in any way so this was really cool to see !! I love the whispering it was soo relaxing
