Can I automate the creation of tasks in Salesforce every time an email arrives?
Did they downgrade the extension because I dont see half of these features in the extension I installed. Is this the ''official'' salesforce extension?
Hi there, does this able to able to sync emails prior to your integration? When I did this, it only sync emails since the integration?
To log emails prior to the integration, you'll need to navigate to the relevant email(s) and the Salesforce Integration will ask you how to you would like to relate it to respective records.

Im not getting the salesforce box in my gmail
Hi there...thank you for the video but I have a problem. I install the extension but after i logged in , I am not able to allow anything. The sync is not working. I've tried to cread a lead but it changes the lead's name by "Hello World". Am I missing something? Thank you
You may need to check your Gmail Integration Settings within Salesforce. Also, try seeing if there is an automation renaming your lead's name to "Hello World" on creation.
Is there something that I missed? I don't see the create new records option.
It's easy to miss when clicking through the mini tutorial. You can create certain records by clicking on the + (plus) sign drop-down. You can customize the records you create by going to the 'Gmail Integration and Sync' menu in Setup, and creating an Email Application Publisher Layout.
Hi, do you know what to do if it says " Page has been blocked by Microsoft Edge?"
This is a Chrome extension, so you'll need to use the Google Chrome browser. In general, pages being blocked by your browser could be due to your browser's security settings - either personal settings or company's managed settings.
