This video is packed with some seriously practical Gmail hacks. The tip about using Google Docs to design a polished email signature is such a game-changer. It’s simple, free, and avoids the clunky formatting issues that often come with trying to customize directly in Gmail. Adding hyperlinks and social media icons takes it to the next level for both professionalism and efficiency. The smart chips email draft in Google Docs is another standout feature. Being able to collaborate on email drafts with colleagues before sending is a productivity boost, especially for critical emails. It’s one of those tools you don’t realize you need until you start using it. I also loved the Brisken extension tip. Automating repetitive phrases and inserting dynamic elements like dates is such a clever way to save time, especially for those of us juggling lots of email communication. And combining it with cold email templates? That’s next-level efficiency. Finally, the etiquette tip about editing subject lines before forwarding emails is something I wish more people followed. It seems small, but adding context can save so much confusion and back-and-forth. Thanks for making these tips so actionable and easy to follow!
