Wow, you showed us some very different styles of Apartments! Some were average. While others stand out from the beautiful layout. The unique ones had personalities to them. Which no doubt is what you were looking for and that class to them as well. Yes, you are a classic woman who has style. So, I can't wait to see if I guess an apartment that you felt comfortable with. You looked so cute in your new coat. Such a beautiful part as well when the snow was coming down on you. You make it so very exciting to watch your video. SH is one of the most attractive cities in the world. As the host said, the city never makes us boring, but there is a fact that we never forget. Although the main city's housing fee in the world is expensive, the fee for SH especially seems to have risen very sharply. #well-made video !

I definitely loved all these apartments with me considering moving aboard and Shanghai being one of the city I'm considering this variation of apartment style is tremendous!! For me it's about budgeting and finding the right place for the right price 💰!! Having said that I liked number 6 it seems to be a Eye 👀 opener filled with some charming artifacts!! After getting married in 2004 my wife's friend referred us to our 1st home... 3 brm /large but a good price. Lol, I didn't know that her/our son was moving in w/ his gf??? So, much for our honeymoon phase of newly married life.
Our second unit was off the billboard inside her parent complex; psb. Great discounted price... her mama love it across the single stories units 75 meters away , with a line of sight inside, LOL.
~430 pm everyone knew it was dinnertime as mama called out Li Dan come eat... we hurried home not to keep dad waiting.
Later her dad asked us to use the 4th brm... another 2 mouths would make it 9 inside home of 125m2.
After 15 years, I'll return home and live at our granny flat. It's new , 48 m2 loft unit, outside of complex area, area, and it has a elevator to our 6th floor. Small enough to keep spotless leaving plenty of free time to travel.... retirement at its finest!
We'll keep our old home and our bedroom as a guest room.
Our son /family will enjoy!
It seems like I just arrived yesterday... you know it's been fantastic, as it has been simply a joy into the adventure of Marriage in China; 19 years.

My preference is the last apartment - spacious and reasonably modern. Which one did you choose?

Do they have apartments you can purchase instead of renting?
They do have the purchase one. But I’m not sure whether foreigners are allowed to do that.

Why is it so hard to find penthouses for sale in shanghai?
May be there are less demand since these properties are very expensive.
@@funfancie yeah i know when we say penthouse obviously it is expensive been looking/searching that is for sale and not for rent.
