Apparently there was around 90 people on park and that included our group lol such a shame, I’ve never seen the park so dead in my life and I’ve been going for years
Brilliant! Was a great day wasn’t it. We left at about 2:30, went to the hotel then drove home (took 8 hours) rather than staying over as the hotel was shite. See you soon!

Never been, like your videos, after watching this, it needs huge investment to keep it going
Nobody died on the drop tower (The Bounce) that I could find, someone died on the water ride Drenched, previously called Hydro when it happened.
What an absolute blast that takeover was. If my ankle wasn't sprained I would have joined in. Definitely will on the next one. (hint hint YEG lads)!

Sadly it’s rare to go to Oakwood park these days and have all rides operating. It was amazing back in the day

The waterfall rides looked brilliant, the baying crowd had me cracking up 😂. Looked like a wicked day
