I live in lake Nona but it has a long way to go!!! Horizon west is a beautiful masterplan community. Lake Nonas infrastructure is lacking a lot! who wants to wait another 10 to 20 years to enjoy amenities lol 😂 Narcossee and lake Nona blvd are exploding with cars and the traffic is horrible when school is in session. Horizon west reminds me of an area in Texas called Frisco which has roads and great infrastructure. I’ll be moving to horizon west in a year and will be giving you a Call! Your videos are great!!
The biggest challenge with Lake Nona is it’s size. Horizon West is more than twice as big so it can handle the growth much better without pressuring infrastructure as much, they’ll get it together soon enough 🥹🙌 Can’t wait to work with you, thanks for your support :)
Forgot to mention I sometimes venture to the surrounding areas of Kissimmee, harmony and Saint Cloud and the areas are not as nice. The crime has also exploded in those areas.
Both can you afford you a great life and friendship opportunities but by reason of being larger, Waterleigh would win and is amazing. I have clients who absolutely love living there with all the amenities and having everything close by. That area of Clermont is growing though with Olympus right beside it :)

I’m choosing Horizon West between the two. I’d probably pick Sunbridge over Lake Nona as well even though it’s just a baby community right now.

Great question, no new ones being built no. Maybe that changes in the future :)
