This is a great post! I am a resident of Lake Nona and I love living here. If anyone has a rental investment in and around the surrounding Lake Nona area and needs resources, I am happy to help!
Wow Chad you were basically in my backyard. I been living in the area since 2004. I wish you would have let me know I would have loved to do lunch at Boxi Park with you.
Lol Rich! We would have loved to have let u know. But we didn’t know ourselves til the night before. We recorded the video the day after Christmas on a whim. May take u up on the offer sometime tho!
I was there checking it out also the day after Christmas! I didn't know about the Glass House! But did you see Lake Nona Adventure Park?? That's a Cool Place! I'm near the fairly new town of Viera (about 45 mins East) Maybe you can check it out? It's growing by leaps and bounds!
We started to head down that way last weekend, but had a change of plans. Viera on one of our lists! Anything we should definitely see when we’re there?
@@ChadGallivanter Yes. Definitely see the Sunset over the Duda Cocoa Ranch at the end of Viera Blvd. (Duda developed Viera which means "Faith" in "Slovak) The Avenue is the nice- upscale outdoor "Mall". Check out the Viera Wetlands Park and River Lakes Conservation Area. The USSSA Complex is a Big Landmark. The Brevard Zoo is considered to be a Great Zoo.(Viera East) There's just an absolute TON of new Construction. Lots of young Families moving in. New schools popping up. The close proximity to the Beaches is nice and so is seeing the Rocket Launches from your Back yard! (Tomorrow AM is another)
Great video, but I really don't know about this place. It all seems kinda half-baked. It's a shame as I bet they could really make it feel trendy if they issued grants to local artists to spruce up the place and give it a sense of its own culture - as it is it feels like all the art has been picked by a committee of accountants for the Tourist Board.
Love the glasshouse ❤ The driverless bus looks amazing, such a great idea. Cheers
Thanks Helga! Those two things were cool.
Can’t remember if I’ve seen and commented about this on other videos but your style is incredible. Voiceover work is top notch. Great video.
Thanks James!

Hi, like what kind of resources can you provide? Is Airbnb allowed in lake Nona?
To each his own.

Not your cup of tea? Lol! A lot different from Micanopy and other places that have been around 200 years.
