Sonic Rush was first announced as Sonic DS, back then in E3 2004, for the new upcoming, now legendary, Nintendo handheld. And it didn't disappoint.
In this part of the series, a new character from another dimension, Blaze The Cat, is in a search for the Sol Emeralds, which are scattered around Sonic's world and are tearing apart the two worlds. All of this is an evil plan from Eggman Nega, the main antagonist from her world. With the help of Cream she is destined to find them. At the same time Sonic and Tails are on the lookout for the Chaos Emeralds, and are also noticing something strange with their world's space-time continuum.
You can play either as Sonic or Blaze, and after you collect all the Chaos and Sol Emeralds, you get the Extra stage for the good ending and a conclusion of the story.

There is also an Time Attack mode in which you can replay the already done levels and rank accordingly. Also there is a 2 Player mode (if you have 2 DS handhelds) in which you can replay these levels. -

Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure are honestly some of the best 2D Sonic games to have ever come out and ushered in what modern Sonic games would become.

I was as well but it was the pendulum things that would bug me it would glitch and it wouldn't swing and would just kick me out of the level

I never played this game, but if it comes to the Nintendo Eshop, I'll play for sure! One of the reasons is because Blaze is my favorite Sonic character.

I didn't know this at first in that final clash. But you can push the B button as Burning Blaze to do an aerial dash, which is how to avoid that ring-sucking black hole attack.

thanks for the gameplay, in these new sonic games sonic just appears to be going so slowly, i remember back in the days of sonic advance you could barley see him when he was going full speed and sometimes you would just die.

the Blaze/Sonic fight is how battles with the other playable characters should have gone. Have it be a battle of finding openings to get damage on both ends.

the F-Zone boss genuinely gave me nightmares as a kid . I could legit never muster up the courage to fight it. the longest i lasted was prolly like 1 minute. Ten years later (Im 19) and i still dont dare mess with this guy ;(

You know, I played as Blaze the Cat in Sonic Rush. I wish I could see the Longplay of Tornado on 2008 video game on Nintendo DS, so I think my game must be harder than I thought. While transferring 50%, defeating King Kong and finding Russell in the United States, this is gonna be tough. My game was getting harder a lot. I sure wish I'd like to see Tornado Longplay on 2008 video game on Nintendo DS. Jimmy Kielbasa out.
