How to make chawanmushi // steamed egg tofu

  • This is my take on chawanmushi. You can use shrimp or chicken to substitute scallops. Best served warm! Make sure to make more than a bowl!
    Ingredient:
    - 3 eggs
    - 300 ml water
    - salt
    For garnishing:
    - Onion
    - scallops
    - salt and sugar
    - oil for sauteeing
    - salty soy sauce
    - onion sprigs

      Hafez Zahruddin Garden and Kitchen I use Filmora, it’s easy to use but there are limitations. You could try Adobe or Final Cut Pro.. for your standard now 🙂
