I’m so happy for you and I’m glad I came across this video, and thank you for sharing your journey. My daughter just got diagnosed with this postpartum heart failure and it happened 6 weeks after she gave birth to my beautiful granddaughter. I’m so scared for her and what her out come will be. I will say you are giving me hope she will be ok. We are praying for a full recovery and god bless you and your family as well.
Its normal at lot of people getting heart failure now a days, its treatable and you can live many years without complications
Ef means ejection fraction for those of you who were wondering. Please keep the alcohol consumption very low, if at all . Also, the caffeine consumption. Medical professional with congenital ( means born with) cardiac defect.

Best treatment for styes is a hot compress. I've also heard use a tea bag as the hot compress but idk if the tea makes any difference.
