Ive been living in my truck from around 16 months n was thinking about doing some woodworking projects like coasters n wall mounted bottle openers. Matthew peech has been an inspiration for me. I havent got started yet. Only got some essential hand tools n cordless tools some fence pickets n a 4×4 n hard ware for the bottle openers. Once i get my truck cleaned off n have work space my spare time will be doing some of those n a few other things

I enjoy all the builds and seeing them in one video that reviews your earlier videos all together is good. Just my thought - if I was a viewer that likes only watching 30 minutes at a time, I would hit pause after 30 minutes and pick back up watching from there for my next viewing session. I always enjoy your videos whether I watch them in one sitting or not. Great videos! Please keep making them.

Love all the projects. I'm about to start selling several of your designs. I do have 1 small overlook to bring to your attention. I bought the plans for the Squirrel Feeder Swing. The plans are highly detailed (great job, bro). But the Verticle Arm Support (part G) doesn't show that it gets a 3 degree miter cut in the plans. It's not a big deal, I coulda made it without the plans but I didn't feel right tryin to sell one of your designs without first supporting my local Peech Tree, lol. Anyways, figured I'd mention it. Love the channel. You have no idea how excited you get me to get in the shop & start building stuff. You da man!!!!

Hi Matthew.. I've been watching your videos for some time now and never thought I'd have such a love for woodworking! So thank you so much for the videos that even as a beginner I understand and am able to follow! Ty!
My question is at about 42mins in with the American flag. If I were to actually make it with 13 stripes how would I measure the pieces of wood but keep the same dimensions that you used? Confuses me bc I still want to leave the spaces to be able to see thru the project...? And again, tysm your work is absolutely amazing!!

I have a CNC machine and I can see cutting out several decreasing sized stars starting with the 24x24 using a 1/4" bit. The software already can cut stars without any major programming. I think a set would sell and for quite a profit. A lot of your other items would be "a piece of pie" on the CNC, especially the inlaid items.

You can in fact cut that sharp angle with your miter saw. You have to take some CA Glue/excellerator and a 1”x6”x20” piece of straight trim. Put some dots of glue on the board and glue to the miter saw table. Don’t worry, you can easily remove the board later. Cut a 45 degree in both directions. Remove the cut offs. Place the piece of trim that you want to cut inside the temporary cut made. Now you have the ability to cut super sharp angles.

Never got to comment on your questionnaire post but this was going to be a suggestion. Or I haven’t watched this one yet but see the time run on it. So I come from a gaming background and a union carpenter. But I put streams on throughout the day. So my suggestion got you was do some streams. Whether it be making of video ideas or you doing builds for videos or just messing around in the shop. Doesn’t always have to be a tutorial is what I’m getting at? Good luck in your journey.

i use crazy glue to seal the bottoms of chairs etc that are outside. it's usually end grain and sucks the glue up well. a few coats of that after staining or before painting. it's funny that humans think we're so complex. cereal companies can manipulate us into buying one thing over another simply by putting it on a different shelf. people will buy something just because it has their name on it. we are very simple.
