I love the whole JT album but Turn Out My Lights is my favorite, I first heard it when you were doing a show on sirius xm on outlaw country a couple months back and I've been listening to it ever since, thank you.

They both had the same disease and Justin had more issues that had nothing to do with Steve. Steve did step up when JT was 12. Talk to his brother or friends who knew them both. Don't just rely on the narrative of the songs.
My dad and I didn't have much of a relationship growing up. After I came home from the military we finally had a chance to spend more time together. He died young and I love and miss him terribly. Sometimes people try and judge but I'm proud of my Dad and I love and miss him regardless of his mistakes or the paths our lives took. I'd bet that Steve and JT loved each other no matter how complicated their story was.
@@rldubya82 Sorry you lost your dad too soon. Steve has said their last words on the phone the night before Justin died were saying "I love you" to each other.
@@richardcaul5787 Steve is a good musician but as a human being he is a waste of space. He miss guided poor justin so much I do believe steve has blood on his hands.
