Bought a 2021 plate P400 SE PHEV...a real beauty. Urban, Motorway, Off Road on the forest trails around the Scottish Borders, the Velar is the Mutt's Nutts.

If you have optioned Adaptive Dynamics and the Dynamic mode in your car, the dampers are electronically controlled and can adjust between soft and firm extremes. You can go to 4x4i driving mode information and select dynamic mode to check if your car has adaptive dampers

@@PerformanceOnWheels You're welcome! Though I guess you already knew this, hence I just posted this comment so people could check if their Velar has adaptive dampers (the wires running into the suspension does not necessarily mean it has adaptive dampers)

decent review my only complaint is in the vocabulary words I don't care to hear are super and you can see the men doing the review use the words far too often on mentions that the scratches might be to women with long finger nails men have finger nails just as long now

Ouch! Some JLR designer may of just had a heart attack.
Ford did own Land Rover before TATA aquired it from them. So there was a lot of cross over of design and personnel when they were one group.
I don't see the resemblance at all, apart from the fact that both have a grille and thin headlights (which almost all cars have nowadays). Also, the side profile is nowhere near close to the Ford Explorer
