Sir at 10:54 where the denominator is quadratic. Cant the answer be B if we expand x^2-16 into (x+4)(x-4) then canceling with numerator leaving us with 1/(x+4). Now using R{ 0/1=0}. Therefore R{0} Is it possible? if not then why not. waiting for your reply
