I don't mean to be rude, but since you seem to be asking for genuine advice:
I think you will struggle to find a large audience when so much of the video is about you and not the content. Maybe this formula would work later on when you have a larger audience that already care but since I just found your channel I do not. But if that's what makes podcasting fun for you then so be it!
